Just OK. I have been to Tino's cafe before but at other locations. They were really good. This location is different. Food was OK. somethings were good, some were stale...service was OK too...

Better the 1st time. The gyros was fantastic-tender meat, good sauce, GREAT flatbread. I thought the hummus was too salty. Guys in the serving line were fairly rude and VERY hard to understand-menu says 5 sides with the veggie lunch plate and they only gave 4. Thought the "make your own" plate came with 3 sides-only got 2. Told him no onions-he puts a lot on both my salad and gyros. We are going to try Jeruselum's next week-it's closer to work anyway!

Godawful. This is the worst service I've ever seen and it's cafeteria style. That should be easy. I order a gyro sandwich and tell the mumbling guy no sauce. He doesn't put sauce on it but he puts cheese on it. I've been eating gyros for 20 years this is the first place I've ever been to that puts cheese on the sandwich. It's always meat, lettuce, tomato, onions and sauce. Then he mumbles that I have to pick 2 sides and is no help beyond that. Then to my horror he pulls the dolmade that I've just ordered out of a microwave. Even Burger King hides their microwave. I will say that there was a good amount of meat on the sandwich but it didn't last. When I realized there was cheese on it at the register and I informed them that I've never heard of cheese on a gyro and that I can't eat cheese they offered to make me a new one. I thought that was great. The cook thew a fit. He glared at me and rushed over to make a new one in a huff. The new sandwich had 20% of the meat that the first one had. It was essentially 2 slices of gyro meat. I pointed it out to the cashier who asked if I wanted yet another one made. As mad as that cook was I could only assume that body fluids would be next, so I declined. Athenian Grill cannot re-open soon enough so I can stop wasting my time and money on all these places that pale in comparison. I just wish I could give this place less than one star. Needless to say, I will not be going back and you should not waste your time.
