Glad I visited Cook Hearing. I wasn't sure whether I really needed hearing aids or not but at my wife's urging I decided to visit Cook Hearing to be tested. Lori Cook determined that my hearing loss was not profound but that I might benefit from a hearing aid in my right ear. She told me that I could try one for a month at no cost so that I could decide for myself whether I could see any benefit from it. During this trial period I could see a significant improvement in my ability to hear more clearly in a restaurant setting. However, what I most appreciate is that I can more easily understand what my grandchildren are saying to me without having them constantly repeat what they are saying. I can hear again. I had a recent bad experience with an Austin audiologist and heard about Cook Hearing on the radio. So I decided to go visit them and they changed my life! They were so Professional, kind, patient and explained all options with a no pressure sales approach.

I had been reading lips for years and finally had to do something about my moderate to severe hearing loss. Lori allowed me to test trial the hearing aids for 30 days and offered several finance options. I had shared with the staff how my husband was very ill and that I did not have the monies to spend on myself and they made a way for me. Everytime I went in for visits, they always asked how my husband was doing. I am so grateful for the service they have provided.…
