Great time and great food.
As most of you know I am an Executive Chef.
I must say for a franchise, this place has great food and a great staff. I was treated very well and the waitstaff ask me my name and treated me like family. Even the Manager came over and talked with me for quite a while. This is good business.
I have the Rib & Chicken Combo with loaded mashed potatoes and green beans along with some fantastic fresh made bread. It was delicious. The ribs actually fell off the bone. Very tender. The chicken was moist and not over cooked as can happen with bbq'd chicken and they did not drown the chicken in sauce. It was prepared very well.
The prices are very reasonable and you can have some fun talking with the wait staff or just watch the big screen tv's that are hanging up around the bar. They will sing to you if it is your birthday and the waitstaff actually seem to enjoy their work. This is always due to good management.
I sat at the bar and had dinner, so if you have a chance to go to The Texas Roadhouse in Pflugerville, ask if Lis is working and tell her I said Hi.

Always great food.
My family and I are never disapointed when we go to a texas roadhouse, this one in perticular has always had great service as well as the always great tasting food A+
