DO NOT BOTHER WITH THESE CHUMPS! I called them to schedule a certification test and all was fine until I mentioned that my school was paying for the test and the $25 proctoring fee with a voucher. The guy insisted that the proctoring fee was to paid in cash so I said I would ask my school how to handle it. The idiot said he had to cancel my appointment until I figured it out - have a nice day - and hung up on me!! What!?!? I called back and told him I didn't want my appointment cancelled and that I would figure out the $25 with my school. He says it would be best for me to find another testing center!! RUDE SOB!! These people do not deserve anyone's business!!
