One BAD experience!. My regular doctor, whom I have known and trusted for years, initially diagnosed me with Carpal Tunnel Syndrome of both hands, but admitted that I needed to see a specialist. He handed me several doctors business cards , and gave me his opinions of each doctor. I chose Dr. Roy after hearing his recommendations. When I discovered that a trusted coworker was also scheduled to see her, I had high expectations.

After arriving at her office early, I did not see the doctor until well after the appointed time. Dr. Roy answered VERY few of my questions, and ignored the rest of them.I felt like I was a side of beef at the processing plant. During her rushed examination, she mentioned that I might NOT have Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, and that she recommended over $1,000 worth of Nerve Conduction tests. I decided not to have them, and saw another doctor, whom ALSO diagnosed me with Carpal Tunnel and successfully performed the operation. When I told him my story, he said that I was not the first to complain to him! What's surprised me the most is that she would not have done the surgery ANYWAY-just the nerve conduction tests! When I complained to her office , they said that she would call me back. She never did-big surprise there!Worst doctor I have ever met-bar none!

WHAT DOCTOR?!. I was referred to this clinic and was shocked at how awful the whole experience was. Where do I start?!

My appointment was at the medical pkwy. office w/ Dr. Marci Roy who repeatedly rescheduled my appointment without any notice. When I was finally able to get in, SUPRISE, I get to see her assistant because she had some convention that she had to go to out of town. I've had a few appointments with her but actually never met this Dr. Roy since she never showed up for them. I'm not even sure why I was ever rescheduled.

Her receptionists always answer the phone as "Dr.'s office", or just plain "Hello?", like I've called some random wrong #. When trying to simply make an appointment I would get attitude every time. When I called to get my records faxed to my primary care physician, I got attitude, was hung up on twice, and had to go down there to physically pick them up myself since no one can handle customer service there. I can't believe anyone goes there.
