Best Tacos in Town!. Torchy's is a small trailer parked on S. 1st street in the Bouldin Creek neighborhood that serves the best tacos in town. This place has turned out to be quite popular because of their inexpensive gourmet tacos. The green chile roasted pork and spanish goat cheese taco is the best thing that has ever happened to my mouth. Their queso is also "out-of-this-world". So go try it and find out!
