Undiscovered Neighborhood Gem!. I have gone to Fuegos a couple of times because it's in the 'hood, but this last time was so above-and-beyond good, I just had to share. I can't stop marveling about how great the fish sandwich was. I know this place doesn't get a lot of traffic because of the weird location, but it's definitely worth seeking out. The tacos and enchilladas are great, as are several other items on the menu. But really, I think the ahi tuna sandwich is their crown jewel. In a previous visit I had their artichoke appetizer, and I couldn't believe how good it was. I love artichokes, but I've never had one as good as they made it. One of our party got creme brulee and loved it. I also think their lemon ricotta pancakes are reason enough to get out of bed.

What a Find!!!. Wow. Happy New Year to our mouth and tummies. We got the Carne Asada Fries as an appetizer. Oh so so good. Fresh Fries with cheese and chunks of steak topped with sour cream, guacamole and pico. I smile thinking of it. Ordered fish tacos and pork tacos to follow. The fish tacos were really good. Fried Red Snapper with a thin shredded cabbage slaw and Jalepeno cream sauce. The pork was good too but not as much flavor as the fish. We left full and happy. I search high, low and often for good food and so excited to have found this place. Can't wait to get back and try the fish sandwich and burger's....

Knock your socks off!. OMG-ordered the ahi sandwich and fell in love. The tuna was super fresh and tender served on a tasy whole wheat bun with alfafa sprouts and aioli mayo and a large caesar salad. My friend and I split the creme brulee-better than even Louie's 106 with a vanilla bean scraped into the custard. Delish and the portions ARE HUGE.

Family Owned, Awesome Food. Saw the raving review in the Chronicle and decided to check it out. The food was great. I have the grilled Ahi sandwich and my wife had the fish tacos. Both were perfect. I will definitely be back. This is a great choice for some healthy or not your typical Mexican food. Check it out, you will not be let down. BYOB until they get a license.

Enchilladas. Went to this restaurant over the weekend and thought it would be another Mexican joint that you find in Austin and was very surprised how good the food was. The atmosphere is great , very relaxing. Try the enchiladas they are the best I've had in a very long time. A great find! I will definitely be back for more. YUM!

Oh and people there tell me their breakfast is amazing. You bet I'll be back to try that!
