Avoid at all cost

I'm dumbfounded as to how this company stays in business. The most unreliable and unprofessional moving/storage company I have EVER used. And I have lived in 13 states and have moved over 20 times. I paid them to move my things into their storage location - 18 months later I paid them to remove everything they had stored and load it onto a rental truck . Inexplicably, several pieces of furniture did not make it. When my hired truck arrived at my new address, four large items were missing in action.

This happened in October 2011. Four months later, I still do not have my stuff. M&M claims that they will have it shipped - it has not happened. I call on a weekly basis to get an update. When they choose to call back - which is infrequently - they give excuses and claim that they are attempting to find the best solution.

Austin is full of excellent, reliable and locally owned companies. This is not one of them. Go somewhere else!

Great Moving Experience!

Had a move that required packing up my 4 bedroom house, moving into storage for 10 days then unpacking at my new house across town. They came on time and got right to work. They were able to pack and move all my stuff in one day. The guys were really nice and worked hard. Then the same guys moved me into my new house. Everything was in perfect condition. I would definitely recommend them and will use them if I move again in the future.

Only if they showed up

Had my move scheduled for 19th December (Sunday) for local move within Austin which was confirmed on phone on 13th December. As the move date came closer i expected them to call and confirm (which i consider professionalism especially in this kind of business) but to my surprise i didn't hear back from them and reading some of the reviews here i took for granted that they will just show up as they had confirmed earlier however they never showed up. I waited for about 5 hours. I still don't regret doing it all myself but as a courtesy would expect them to have called ahead of cancellation or called later apologizing for not showing up it almost 5 days now and i still have not heard back from them.

If y'all want to be kept guessing on your move , if they are going to show up or not, i highly recommend M&M movers.

Couldn't Ask for Better Service

I was super stressed about my upcoming move and M&M did a great job of easing all of my concerns and providing me quality service at a fair price. Their crew was on time and took care of all my items like they were their own. They even put together my bed and helped moved some heavy furniture for me. I will definitely use them again and would highly recommend their services.

The most professional movers ever

I had M&M Supermovers move my 5600 sqft house in westlake. The sent out Buck, Devo, Brian, and John who were just amazing. I did not think anyone could pack me and move me all in one day, but they did. The guys knew I was very anxious and nervous. They assured me everything would be moved all in one day, and promised me nothing would break. They kept their promise. Easily the most professional movers Ive ever used and also the fastest. If youre moving in Texas, I recommend M&M hands down to these other companies. I had the best experience with M&M, and I WILL NEVER use another company. Id give them 10 stars but I can only give them 5.
