Tina is UH MA ZING!. I love this place, I've been a member for probably about 2 years now. Everyone who works there has always been super nice and really helpful!! Tina has been absoultly amazing! She is always trying new things, and always works on my problem areas if I have any!!

I tell my friends about it all the time!

Candice is Awesome. I requested a deep tissue massage with moderate to heavy pressure. Candice was extremely professional and gave me one of the best massages I have ever had. She focused on all the areas I told her were troublesome and I felt amazing afterwards!

Eugene is a GOD!!!. Amazing, simply amazing! Paid complete attention to the areas I needed and used the right amount of pressure. I am overweight and typically avoid massages, not because I am embarrassed, but because many therapists do not seem to know how to massage someone like me with out hurting them. I swear, I was two inches taller when i left! hands of gold that man has! I wanted to pack in my suitcase and take him back to Florida with me!

Atmosphere was nice, massage therapist not!. I found the atmosphere to be very nice, and the front desk associates were very friendly and helpful. I was treated to this massage by a friend of mine and we both went at the same time, her massage session went better than mine did. My massage therapist talked a lot and did not seem very skilled at her job, she seemed to concentrate the massage in my lower back and rarely switched to other massage techniques. She barely concentrated on my shoulders and neck which were my problem areas, and she also got tired around 30 minutes into the session. I could tell she was tired due to her heavy breathing,also she spent more time than necessary at the table to retrieve massage cream from the container. She talked a lot and seemed to need constant reassurance of what she was doing and got irritated if my back still seemed tense after her kneading. I had made plans for a 90 minute massage, she stopped after 60 minutes and started to clean up her area, I told her that my massage was 90 minutes. She told me she didnt know that and would go check, left the room for about 5 minutes then returned as if she were irritated. She then finished the massage with the same 2 massage techniques barely moving from one spot, after a while I just told her that it was fine that I could tell she was tired and she became worried and once again wanted me to reassure her that the massage was ok, which I could not do.

watch your locations. absolutely do NOT go to the HANCOCK CENTER location! horrible horrible customer service and dirty sheets!

A Great Deal & Easy To Find. I was in town visiting my sister and since we both like massages(& both needed one), we went on Citysearch to look for options. Massage Envy was nearby and the $39 promo for 50 minutes hooked us so we called for more info. Very accommodating to schedule us together(& even when we needed to call back to move our appts back). Was a little apprehensive when we pulled up and they were in a strip mall next to Payless. However, the friendly desk staff and lobby were very inviting so no worries necessary. My sister's therapist was Zeen and I had Chris. The room was very clean and Chris gathered my information about what I needed her to work on (by the way, you can request male or female). I've been to places with a little more ambience in the room, but again it was clean and that was enough for me. Chris was excellent and didn't talk through the massage(I HATE that). Touch was firm just as I requested(& you can too) and she listened to my requests(which doesn't always happen). Afterwards with water in hand, she thanked me and asked if I had any questions. My sister looked like she had just come back from heaven. She was very pleased with Zeen who also was very attentive to her touch request and areas to be worked on. We both agreed this was one of the best experiences we've had. It's worth mentioning that I overheard the staff greeting a return client, which is always a great sign. Clean facility, friendly staff and good massage. Not a lot of frills, but you are not paying for that either. Well worth the money and don't hesitate to check it out. You'll come out smiling like we did!

Sounds too good to be true, but it's the REAL DEAL! Pamper yourself!!. It's an amazing experience for a steal of a price!! Get in while the rates are so low before their secret is out and everyone is headed their way. I had a very experienced professional work on me and I went back again the very same week. A massage is great for your body and health in general and thanks to Massage Envy we can afford to pamper ourselves frequently. You'll just have to see for yourself, but it's perfect for any occasion (everyday, bridal, out of town guests, gift for that hard to shop for person...etc!!) I highly recommend them and I've been getting massages for over 10 years so I have seen and felt all sorts. ;)

Cleanliness is a question. I really was impressed by the lobby area and nice building and the room but the Massage Therapist was very talkitive and pushy. At once became a little leary when I saw the therapist was dipping her hand into the massage cream and really wondered if she had a completely clean cream from the person before me. (why not a pump bottle) . It wasLight to the touch. Did I get a massage?
