Best Realtor We've Ever Had. We can't say enough about Carol. From the moment we met her when we were only contemplating a move to Austin, to her follow up calls now that we're in our home, we could not be more pleased. She is by far the best, most organized, thoughtful and caring realtor we've ever met. She showed us around town, listened to what was important to us, sat with us as we chose items for our home, asked the right questions at our closing and opened her rolodex to help us find services since we are new to town. Carol treats you like family, not like a client and wants to make sure that you love your home, love Austin and are as comfortable as can be as you move as get settled in your new home (which she will do anything to help you find). We would HIGHLY recommend Carol to anyone looking for a home in Austin.

Incredibly Spectacular Real Estate Agent. You wouldn't believe the level of commitment, service and attention to detail that Carol provides. We just moved to Austin, and couldn't have been luckier to have worked with her. She was highly professional, personable, and skilled in every area of her field, and went WAY BEYOND our expectations to provide us with service that we couldn't rave and rant more loudly about.... Check her OUT!!! We're now in a home that could only be called a gift... and it was Carol's willingness to drive us around town and show us the real estate ropes, that afforded us the opportunity to make this purchase. Note: We interviewed 4 other agents prior to meeting up with Carol, all of whom could barely get past very basic interview questions... she was able to impress me from the very first phone contact, and right on through to the closing. Don't miss her and her team!

Two for one - a realtor and appraisor. I highly recommend working with Josh and Carol Dochen Realty. Josh's insight as a former appraiser was invaluable in pricing my central east austin home. I had asking price within 5 days in the current market, and it wasn't under priced! Josh also went way above the call of duty as my realtor. He was helping me move stuff, ordered cleaning crews to remove debris and such, and was very communicative between me, the buyer, the title company and the other realtor.

Recommend Austin Realtor Josh Bushner. I spoke to a couple of realtors before I chose to work with Josh. He recommended that I list my home at a much higher price than had been recommended by the others - a $12,000 difference which, for me, was a small fortune. He also made easy and affordable suggestions that made my home more appealing to potential buyers. I was a first-time home seller, and Josh helped me every step of the way. My home sold quickly and at the asking price. I shudder to think of the money I would have missed out on had I chosen another agent. I highly recommend his services to anyone buying or selling a home in Austin.
