Dobie Mall eatery for UT students and other lunchgoers looking for healthy Asian fusion fare.. In Short
Located on the campus mall's ground floor, this family-owned and run eatery has less than 20 bench seats arranged throughout the open kitchen café. The fusion fare offers a respite from campus area fast food, including a variey of bento boxes featuring pan-seared tuna, grilled shrimp, roast salmon, chicken or tofu. Vegetarian dumplings, miso soup and a chilled soba noodle salad can be ordered a la carte or as a compliment to the entrée-sized salads like pear, walnuts and blue cheese; curry chicken and avocado; and miso-crusted tofu salad.
