The experience as a whole was pretty good. I wish I would have asked about the way the unit was powered. It shouldnt be a problem unless the power goes out, then I will miss the gas heater.

The experience was good and all the crew was very polite. You could tell they knew their stuff. I cant comment on the unit since its only been a little while. Overall it looks good and properly installed. Its working like it should.

Texas Heaters sent a crew who got there on schedule, and acted with great professionalism. We had them replace our old water heater with a new tankless version and it's a huge difference. We intend to call them again for the yearly maintenance on the unit.

Look no further than Texas Heaters for hot water. When I found water in my heater's drip pan I began researching replacement options. I interviewed a number of companies but was impressed with TH's proposal and have not looked back. They adjusted their schedule to my travel schedule and completed the work without issue in just one day. We're happy with the results and will use them when the 2nd water heater needs to be replaced.
