Beware Rolex Owners. I had a rolex for about 10 years with no problems and I decided to have it cleaned and serviced. I went Cristiani's and was assured that they used a certified rolex repair service. When I picked up my watch after service it ran for about 2 hours and then would continually start and stop. I took it back, and they kept it for a few days and when I picked it up they assured me that it worked fine. I was told that they didn't know what was wrong and that they had reversed the stem and that it seemed to work. That was a clue that they had worked on it in the store vs sending it to a true Rolex repair center. They said sometimes reversing the stem made them run. They didn't know why, but it seemed to work. The watch stopped within 45 minutes, and would not run consistently. The staff at Cristiani's are very nice, but they should not be servicing Rolex watches. I am out $450 and am now sending my watch to the certified Rolex service center in Dallas, and will likely spend another $450 - $600 to have it fixed. Don't take your Rolex to Cristiani's for service.

Great Personal Service. I have had beautiful jewelry made.here and the service is amazing.

This is a nice family owned jewelry store.

They try to make sure you walk away pleased You feel like you are being taken care of by old friends.

Cristiani's can only be described as classy and elegant. I have known Cristiani's Jewelers for years, and they continue to demonstrate nothing but quality, class, and elegance. From some of the more fun & trendy day to day jewelry to the most classic & timeless pieces- you will find it all. While it would be easy to stick with more of the same and never go wrong, Cristiani's is dedicated to continuing their search of those unique pieces that make you feel as though someone designed it just for you. Just walk in and see. I have yet to buy jewelry from them that doesn't make people stop and ask "where?". My favorite pieces of jewelry are from Cristiani's, and they will never be old.

This jewelry store has it all. I try to support local businesses and this store makes it easy. They have a very friendly staff who I've always to be found helpful for either service or products. Their jewelry selections are both classic and trendy, and their watch selection is great. I will continue to do business with them because I trust them and they make jewelry shopping very easy!

Unfriendly Staff !. I walked into Christiani's Jewelers hoping to use a jewelers lens for a few seconds to look at an engagement ring that i purchased online. I walked in and said, " I bought this engagement ring online" and before i could mutter out anything else the blonde behind the counter said, " well thats your first mistake" and proceeded to treat me like i was an idiot for 1) buying some online and 2) taking it to their store so i could get a good look at it. She did not even want to talk to me.



I was thinking in my head, lady im a highly paid engineer and you work behind a counter in a jewelery store, do not belittle me. I promptly walked out and i would NEVER purchase ANYTHING from this store even though they are my neighborhood jeweler.

Little did they know that i am in the market for a new Rolex and was going to look around after i was " helped "

My only jeweler. I live in Houston, but my parents live in Austin, so I've been by Cristiani's numerous times. They have an outstanding collection of Rolex and Tag Heuer watches, and of course exceptional women's jewelery. I haven't purchased too many items from them, but every time I'm there they treat me like their best customer. I have many jewelery store options to choose from living in Houston, but I wouldn't trade Cristiani's for any of them. Their commitment to service, quality and professionalism is unbeatable.

Honest family-owned business with great watches & jewelry. Cristiani's is an honest family-owned and operated business. Over the course of the last 5+ years they've repaired many pieces of jewelry and several watches for me, including a service on my father's 30-year old Rolex that now looks like new.

I've always found them to be reputable, honest and helpful in maximizing my options within my budget. Also, they offer a great selection of watches from Swiss Army to Rolex, and have beautiful engagement rings. I've recommended Cristiani's to many friends and family, all of whom are now repeat customers.

Strange Place. This is a strange place. They are an authorized Rolex dealer and repair shop but one is not allowed to speak to the person doing the repairs. That would be fine if either of the two women working in the shop had any knowledge of various issues with, and models of Rolex; but they don't. If you want your watch repaired you have to bring it in, pay them before anything is done and then the watchmaker will correspond with you only through them. He picks up the watches only once per week according to them so more delay is inevitable.The repair time is slow to begin with and over-priced. I went to another dealer and met with nice, knowledgeable people, had the watch serviced faster than Chritiani could do it and at a significantly lower price. I also looked around at the watches they had in stock and you can find better selection and better prices many other places.
