Roy and Troy of New Creations provided a total demo and remodel of our kitchen, including exterior wall work. We changed a door/bay window into a sliding door, took down upper cabinets to open the kitchen to the family room, and widened doorways. All new custom cherry cabinets and soapstone countertops. New electrical box in garage and outside, new lighting and electrical plugs/switches. New Creations was the general contractor and planned everything out and assisted with the general design and features.

The entire remodel took 8 weeks. During that time the space was always kept clean and tidy. The space they used in our garage for various items was always clean and well organized. Every subcontractor they brought in was professional, polite, punctual, and answered all my questions with a good attitude. They had all done work for New Creations before and knew their expectations for a clean and professional job. Troy was always checking the work and making sure things were done as close to perfect as possible. If something was off, he would have the contractor come back in and change/fix it until it was what we wanted. Those were all very minor issues. Apollo, their tile guy, is amazing and really takes pride in his work. The online scheduling software they use, BaseCamp, really helps you understand what's scheduled for each day, who will be there, what outstanding questions there were or materials left to be chosen. Nothing was ever forgotten or accidentally left off the list. Roy and Troy always responded to emails and calls promptly and always had a positive attitude. They let me see 2 jobs they had completed (and speak to the homeowners) and one job that was nearing completion. It really helped me feel confident and trust that they would do a great job with our kitchen - and they did! We love our new kitchen!

Roy and Troy were very open about the renovation process and worked diligently with our timeline. We appreciated their input towards the kitchen design to guide us to our ideal kitchen while staying within our budget. They provided an online calendar for us to know when work was expected to be completed (i.e. cabinet install, countertop measurements, etc). They have a great team behind them as well. Our expectations were certainly met & we would recommend this company to others.

A GREAT REMODELING EXPERIENCE!!!. The New Creations staff made our remodel project such a pleasant experience. Our extensive project included the entire living level of our home, including the kitchen, in addition to a bathroom upstairs. We appreciated the fact that the dust and debris were kept to a minimum during demolition and there were never construction items left outside our home. Our project manager was always available to respond to any questions or issues that arose. The subcontractors were courteous and did great work. As with any remodel, there were a few challenges, but our project manager met those challenges with a positive attitude and always found a solution. There were many times that he went far beyond the call of duty to make sure our vision became a reality and always did his best to stay within our budget.

Our home is now even more beautiful and functional than we could ever have imagined. We would definitely recommend New Creations to anyone wanting to do a remodel project.

Even though our project was completed in May, 2011, Roy continues to contact us every six months to see if there is any touch-up or repairs that need to be done. Not only does this make us even more comfortable with his work, but it is also great to visit with him. He and his staff became such a big part of our lives during the project, that we actually missed them when it was over. They not only do a great job, but they're good people.

We highly recommend New Creations to anyone considering a remodel project, and we will certainly call them if we decide to do another remodel.

Amazing Kitchen Remodeling from a Highly Ethical Company. In 2008 we fully remodeled our kitchen with New Creations and earlier this year our two bathrooms were completely redone with fantastic results. Working with Roy on the design details and Troy at the project site was very enjoyable and even when issues arose they ALWAYS worked to resolve them with the customers best interests in mind. Both the kitchen and the bathrooms are unique, customized to our needs, impressive in quality, and will significantly increase our houses value. Thanks again to New Creations for the great work you do.

Remodeling a complete kitchen is a major task and can be a major risk. After much research we chose New Creations and it was the right choice. We had a basic concept in mind for taking out the old cabinets and removing a bar height wall, but with Roy and his key players we were able to come up with a comprehensive plan. Their contributions really brought out some excellent ideas that pulled the plan together. With details on the proposed plans we were not only able to design a kitchen and bathroom we wanted, but had enough in the budget to then to make changes to the living room as well. The workmanship of the cabinets, the skilled people involved in all phases and the quality of the materials really made this a great experience. There were small issues now and then, and that is to be expected in a custom job. We had changes to make at different stages and they were quick to accommodate them all. The challenges then turned to accomplishments and we ended up with a remodel that exceeded our expectations. I have no hesitancy in recommending Roy, Troy, Greg or any of the other skilled, courteous people involved.

What happens when your conceptual visions of renovation meet the realities of construction execution? If you are fortunate, you meet Roy Faust of New Creations.

I had planned the renovation of my guest room and two upstairs baths down to the tiniest detail ( I am that detail oriented!). When I initially met with Roy and showed him what I wanted, I immediately sensed that I had gained a partner in my plans. He understood my goals and assured me that I could get what I wanted. And I did!!

Troy Hester managed my project with a degree of determination, expertise, and compassion that was above and beyond the norm. He made my vision become a reality.

Apollo, Paul, and the rest of the team worked competently and creatively to make this project work in a timely and professional manner.

As with any renovation project there were some surprises ,some set-backs, and some adjustments. The few that arose were quickly and satisfactorily addressed and remedied. I was completely happy with the handling of these items.

In terms of quality, vision, competence, timeliness, value for dollars, and just generally good experience, I recommend New Creations without any reservations. Not only would I refer them to my friends, I am already planning for my next renovation project with Roy and the New Creations team!

New Creations Should Get 10 Stars!!!!!!!!!!

Roy and his team recently built and installed custom cabinets in my home. I had an idea of what I wanted, and Roy made my dream a reality! He took my ideas and then added things that I never would have thought of to turn the cabinets into something FABULOUS! Everybody who sees them goes OOooooohhhh!!! His attention to detail is amazing!! I am SO IMPRESSED with Roy and New Creations. I wholeheartedly recommend New Creations ... you won't be disappointed.

As I was looking for my next new home, I fell in love with a home that had a kitchen remodeled by New Creations. It was amazing with exceptional design in which you could tell had been professionally executed. In our search for a new home, we ended up buying a house that was going to need to be renovated and immediately I called Roy. I told him I had seen his work first hand and wanted him to renovate our kitchen! Roy agreed to work with us although our situation would be unique in that not only was the kitchen being renovated, but the entire house was under construction. Roy and his entire team far exceeded our hopes for a dream kitchen! In working with different construction teams for the last 4 months, I can say that without a doubt New Creations stands out for their ability to communicate, execute, and make you feel like you are their only client! Roy and Troy were always available when we had any questions or concerns and that is invaluable when it comes to designing your dream home! Apollo, who did the tile work and punch list went above and beyond his role as well. Everyone on his team was professional, friendly, polite, and worked as though it was more than just a job for them. They all take pride in their work and it shows! I would not hesitate to recommend New Creations to anyone!

We recently remodeled our master bathroom with New Creations, with Roy and Troy, and could not be happier with the outcome. As nervous newcomers to remodeling, I found Roy's straight-forward-tell-it-how-it-is style very refreshing. I was also pleasantly surprised and relieved that Roy did not try to "sell" additional things/services, but rather functioned as a guide and shared his experience with us if he thought it would benefit us in making a decision. Roy was extremely patient with our questions and concerns.

Troy managed the project with patience and grace, waited for inspectors, treated our home and our family with tremendous respect, listened carefully to any comments we had to make and took care of things in our home that weren't even part of our contract--he just offered to help!

Not sure you will find a better duo of honest, hard-working men to make your vision suddenly appear in your home. Can't wait for my next project to put them back to work. Highly recommended!

We had a great experience with Roy Faust, Troy and everyone at New Creations. They are professional, communicate extremely well and do fantastic work.

We totally remodeled our kitchen and breakfast area and could not be happier with the outcome. We plan to do a complete bath and closet remodel later in the year and will definitely use Roy and his crew again.

They listened to everything we wanted to do. Made very useful suggestions/improvements to our designs. Drew up a very complete budget and plan for the remodel and walked us through all the steps ahead of time. We really are very happy with the method, quality, quickness and professionalism of everyone they brought in.
