Fantastic!. It is so refreshing to go to a pet store and get actual advice on the products being sold. The owner of Lofty Dog and her staff have a love of pets, and it shows. They are great at fielding questions on treats, training equipment, grooming supplies, etc. And though you would think a downtown pet shop would be super-pricey, I've found several items there that are comparable or cheaper than at big box pet stores and online suppliers.
