What a ripoff.... Oh my god Sears is a total rip-off..... Don't let them in your house...... they charged us $250 for our carpet and then $600 to clean 4 rugs that were a total of 350 square feet... Our total bill was $930 dollars for 3 hours of work...................... I called the local manager and he basically said TOO BAD FOR YOU so I contacted Sear's corporate customer service. I received a call from a man-child name Skippy or something who stated he would call the local manager "BUT" he could not override the local managers decision. What!!! a corporate office has no say over a local office, what a bunch of Bull....... I ask to speak to his supervisor and he said he was the final decision...period..... Bottom Line---- Sears ripped us off for hundreds of dollars and I hope this review prevent this from happening to YOU.................

Best in the Business. So the gentleman explained to me over the phone of the Sears uses a two step process for cleaning the carpets. It made perfect sense and sounded pretty good. So I booked an appointment and never looked back. They did a GREAT job.

Like New. I was literally going to replace my carpet. But, I wanted to give it one more shot, just to save myself some money. I called Sears Carpet Cleaning after reading some reviews, but what sold it was the fact I've been a Sears customer for life. So, they had an $89 three area special and I opted for that. Tech arrived, everything went great, asked me if I wanted anything else. Those 3 areas came out looking great. These techs were on there hands and knees getting spots out. I was amazed. I went ahead and got the rest of the house done, plus protectant. I tried to tip the techs and they wouldn't take it,saying they were just doing there job. I'll be using them again.

Best Techs!. First off, they arrived on time, which was 8:30 in the morning. They were friendly, asked if I wanted to get any additional areas done,or if i needed protectant (which they showed me a sample of to prove it works). There proces for cleaning was amazing. I was seeing the results right before my eyes and my carpet transformed with ever swing of there vaccum tool. Wow. They cleaned up after themeselves, and the overall experience was great.

"Good Housekeeping Award" Winner!!!. I read somewhere that Sears Carpet and Air Duct Care won the the Good Housekeeping Award so I had to try them out. I was very impressed with how easy it was to order the service from the website and to get their internet specials. I also recieved a followup call from the local office to confirm the job details and schedule.

I was surprised to find out that they could do my Tile and Grout on the same service call. They also Deodorized my Air Ducts because of a musty smell that had been there for a while. They completely got rid of that smell and my sneezing from allergies has almost gone away completely while in the house.

I ordered the Dryer Vent service since the carpet clean job and I feel safer from the chance of having a house fire and my clothes dry faster now. The Carpet clean job was very good and I'll use Sears Carpet and Air Duct Care again for sure. Especially since they have a great referral program and great service! Thanks Guys!!!

Outstanding Results!!. Initially I thought I would have to replace my carpet, but really did not want to make the investment.

I called Sears and they could no have been more helpful and informative, they told me up front that they could make no promises on exactly how clean they could get the carpet. With 3 boys and a big dog the carpets were very dirty.

Wow, I was surprised the carpet really came out clean even the dog urine spot is gone. The Tech doing the work was polite and courteous and I wiil certainly ask for him next time,

I have set Sears up on a every six month maintence program.

I am having Sears back to do my air vents, the house always seems dusty, can't wait to see the results.

Thank you Sears, I will highly reccommend you to all my friends and business associates.

Best Grout and Tile Cleaning in Austin. I wasn't sure that tile and grout cleaning was necessary and were my floors really that bad? Well, was I mistaken! They were worse than I had imagined and the worker couldn't have been more pleasant to work with. Great pricing, great results, great company! I can't wait for my kids to trash my floors again so they can return! I would highly recommend them to family and friends.

My Tile Floors looked Like New!!!. We recently purchased a home in Steiner Ranch. I love tile floors but the grout seemed dingy and dirt.y I heard that Sears had a grout cleaning system so I immediately called to schedule my appointment. I knew that with Sears name behind this service I would be satified. After the work was completed I thought I had new tile installed. The grout and tile was so clean and shiny, I was so delighted. The technian that performed the work was also very polite, and very accomodating. He said that the #1 priority was to make sure I was pleased with the final results. They showed up on time, cleaned the tile and grout within a short amount of time and left with great results. I would highly recommend this company and this service to all my friends. I showed my neighbor how beautiful my home looked and she called the next day to schedule her tile to be cleaned. I usually don't participate in surveys or reviews but felt that everyone should know about this.
