You make a difference!!. I do not need an follow-up from you or your staff. Merely a quick note to say hello and thank you and your staff for your leadership, apparant great business model, continued, high-quality service and quality products.

Your group and YOU make a difference, and you have managed to keep my business for more than a few years now (since 1991 or so I think). You get it right consistently and help me (and Mieko) sleep better having the Ted Heaton peace of mind.

BTW: You cannot retire unless you take a few of us with you carrying our insurance 'on-the-side' (:)) I'll carry your bags if you do the insurance. Golf bags preferably!

excellent sevice. I have had State Farm Ins for 45 yrs. I have had insurance with you Ted for 29 yrs. I wanted you to know how I have appreciated the excellent sevice you have provided over us over the yrs. I always get a helpful and understanding person when I deal with you or your staff.

Both my daughters have auto. home and renters ins with you. I guess they are just carrying on the tradition and in the same time receiving the same good service my wife & I have received.

Thanks again. I hope this is a long relationship for us both.

Thanks Carla @ Ted Heaton Insurance. First, I want to express my thanks and gratitude toward all that Carla has done and the fact that you stepped in an continuing to assist in every way possible. Carla has been great. She has delivered a "special" type of customer service. She has given more than 100%. I thank her for all that she has done. She represents you well. She is definitely an asset to your business. If we receive nothing -- she is still great in my book and she has been of the most helpful individuals I have ever met. She has been God sent (an Angel).
