Horrible experience!!!!. We walked into this store twice today. First time was extremely busy so it was understandable they didn't acknowledge us. However, we were in there for 40 minutes and still no acknowledge me or anyone saying, "someone will be with you soon.". We left and did some shopping since this is at the Round Rock Premium Outlet Mall. We came back a second time and still no one acknowledge us. Then two separate customers came in and they were immediately acknowledged. I have never felt such discrimination from a store in my life. I guess being Chinese, we were passed up for the whites, African-Americans, and Hispanics. We were there to purchase the noise cancellation headphones. However, I suppose potentially spending $299.00 + tax wasn't good enough for this store and it's employees. What crappy and stuck up people they have at this store.
