Best Dog Store in Austin

I've been to nearly ever pet store in Austin since moving here (the chains and the small boutiques), and none compare to Doggie Deli. The quality of product and customer service are out of this world! I wouldn't recommend going anywhere else.

A wonderful Alternative!

My friend told me about Doggie Deli and I am so glad! Both my dogs are rescues and have joint problems. They were on the Science Diet JD perscription and never ate more than a few bites if that! I was seeing money being thrown out and no relief for my dogs. I decided why not try something new. Claudia spent the time with me hearing about my dogs and gave me samples to try before I spent money on something they would not eat--yes I have picky dogs and have to do my own vacuuming! Low and behold with a mix of food and joint drops my dogs now look forward to dinner! They eat every bite and are running and jumping like puppies. It even costs less than I was spending at the vet on food. I live in Round Rock and the drive is not bad at all, well worth happy pets and parents!

• Pros: Customer Service above the roof, quality food and cute store! Love to visit.
• Cons: Cater to dogs, if you have other pets you still have to go to the boring stores too.

BEST pet store

Doggie Deli and Spa is by far the best pet store in the area. (The larger chains have nothing on this place!) One can see that the owner takes time and effort to choose the best products and won't sell anything she wouldn't give her own dogs. The selection of premium dog food and treats are wonderful!!! I believe in giving your dog the healthiest diet possible and the selection of all natural/organic foods and treats makes it easy. Every time I go in, my stomach seriously growls just from looking at the delectable treats in the bakery case. (You would think they were made for humans) They even have birthday cakes!! In addition, I was pleased to find a variety of different toys and puzzles that were suggested by my dog trainer. As for the "pretty pup" aspect of it all, the selection is to die for. When purchasing my latest collar, it took at least 30 minutes to choose. There were too many cute and stylish collars AND matching leashes to choose from. Not to mention the adorable clothes for dogs of all sizes. Who doesn't need a miniature plaid pea coat with rhinestone buttons and a pink faux fur collar? Speaking of pampered pups, the spa is awesome! Classical music, aromatherapy shampoo, massaging sprayer, special facial shampoo, how can you, or your dog, go wrong?

Doggie Deli and Spa is definitely worth the trip. Your dog will thank you!
