My wife and I are dog behaviorists and I a work with dogs that we rescue on a regular basis to make sure they are good happy balanced dogs. Every morning I run my pack about 3 miles so that they are ready for behavior exercises. While on our run we came across a woman and her daughter walking 3 dogs and they were walking in the front so the dogs were in alpha mode. The dogs started barking and attempting to charge and my dogs barked back but I stopped them made them site and calmed them down. The dog walker yelled at me and said stop irritating her dogs. I told her that i adjust there temper right away and do not keep walking and let them get by with it. I told her that I am a dog behaviorist and she told me in front of her daughter to " F@ck off you piece of Sh1t". I then informed her customer that was paying her to walk his dogs all wrong and to make them unbalanced what she had said. Then as she was leaving his house in her chevy trailblazer she flicked me off again in front of her daughter and my neighbors. You tell me, Is this the type of customer support that this company offers. I then attempted to contact the company but they only have an answering machine. I left several messages with no reply. Looks like a company that is more concerned with making money than customers or for that matter dogs balanced.

The people and Service at Ftech Pet Care are unmatched by anyother service in Austin. I highly recommend using them.
