Lovely place for lovers!. Love to eat and enjoy the chocolates are so incredible yes it is in a very upscale place but worth the money. I been there many times and really like the set up there ...........I like the fact of natural chocolates no additives that harm you. I will keep coming back. So worth it!

The Best Chocolate/Gelato Shop in Austin By Far!!. This is the best chocolate shop in Austin by far with its warm ambiance, live music, amazing selection of European Chocolate Truffles, Unique Locally-Made Chocolates like the TitoRita Truffle (made with local Tito's Vodka), Tito's Cosmo Truffle, Blue Cheese Truffle, etc. Also, the yummiest gelato in town and the only place you can get champange by the glass! Great discovery for a romantic date!

Overpriced!. Simply overpriced Chocolate and Wine with poor service. $3.00 for a small truffle and $10 for at best an average glass of wine.

Love it ! Love it !. Wonderful desserts. Yes they are a bit on the expensive side but what at the Domain isn't. I have to tell you if you go to Cold Stone and spend $6 on the large Ice Cream your silly. Whe you can go to the Domain to Viva and spend $6 on a organic gelato that is out of this world and is much better for you. The gelato has gone alittle down hil but it is still very very wonderful.

Wine and chocolate bar inside The Domain makes for a delectable date spot any night of the week.. In Short
With a handful of patio tables and a bistro-style interior, this sweet-smelling ode to chocolate offers more than just the average shopping mall eatery. The menu includes two dozen flavors of gelato made in-house daily with organic milk and authentic Italian creaminess, mini chocolate cakes and assorted truffles. Chocolate fondue is also available in milk or dark chocolate for one to three people. Build your palate by creating your own or choosing from one of the six wine and truffle pairings including a sparkling wine pairing and another featuring three old world wines with new world trufles. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate drinks are available in addition to wine and beer.

Best in Chocolate, Gelato, Panini's and pretty Good in Wines. A necessary stop when you're at the Domain. Great Panini sandwiches. The Gelato is the best!!!! And the music on Fridays pack the house. Need more seating. I love it there.

Poor Customer Service, What happened to the Gelato?. First the positive, the Chocolates from France are quite good (although a bit on the expensive side). Also, generous with the samples.

Bad News-Customer Service is quite poor, the staff is not very knowledgable. WHAT HAPPENED to the delicious gelato, it has gone way, way, way down hill. They must have a new Gelato chef that doesn't know what they are doing.

I died and gone to chocolate heaven!!!. Ok yes I am a female and the weekness for chocolate is giganic. This is the best place for gourmet chocolate in Austin. The owners have gone to such lengths to make sure you would be experiencing the finest chocolate ever. The only problem for me is sooo much to choose from. Ask about the Ultimate Chocolate Party.

terrible customer service. I don't know if their chocolate is any good as I experienced abysmal customer service and left without ordering anything. I'm a chocophile and I was really looking forward to sampling some of their offerings when I stopped by at around 3:30pm on a Friday. The staff behind the counter was serving a pair of women (who were mostly done with their order of wine, cake and coffee) but did not acknowledge me when I entered the otherwise empty store. I patiently waited as he finished up with the current customers and browsed the menu and display cases. A woman with several children came in, stood in front of me at the register, asked some questions about the gelato and left. Still, no one asked if I would like to order and no one even said "we'll be with you shortly." I positioned myself directly in front of the register/counter and waited patiently while the staff person struggled to ring up the order for the two ladies that had already been helped (apparently it was very complicated). The transaction was completed and I thought surely I would be waited on...when the staff person took off for the other side of the store and busied himself doing something else. All in all, I waited about 15 minutes and no one ever said a WORD to me. I finally placed the menu on the counter and left. I don't plan to return.
