Very disappointed

Gave them a shot & was totally ready to give them my business but after waiting weeks of no response, even after me calling them back to find out a status, they are apparenetly too busy to bother with little ol' me.

Much like the review from Jun 14th, "Bad Service"

Just glad I only lost a little $ before asking them to do a bigger job.

I guess I'll offer my business to someone who may acrtually want it.

Pissed off!

Great work on a tough job

My husband and I recently used Just Trees to perform a dangerous removal of a tree overhanging our house. We called them because we had used them in the past for our regular trimming, and always had a good experience. It was a hazardous situation, and they handled it beautifully and professionally. The office staff was friendly and helpful in getting us a quick response, and the owner, Markus, seemed extremely knowledgeable when he came to look at the tree. I will continue to use this company in the future.

Bad Service

Well, it took about 8 phone calls and submissions via the contact form before they would even come out and give me an estimate. 3 weeks later and I still don't even have an estimate. I've got renters moving in next week and my trees still aren't trimmed.
