DONT GO! I had a very poor customer service experience at this retail store. They are not nice and I would not recommend other people going to to the store.

ABSOLUTELY APPALLING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. THE OWNER OF THIS COMPANY DECIDED IT NECESSARY TO TAKE GOLD THAT WE BROUGHT IN, MAKE PIECES OF JEWELERY THAT WERE NOWHERE NEAR WHAT WAS EXPECTED OR ASKED FOR, AND STILL CHARGE AN OUTRAGEOUS PRICE FOR THE CUSTOM RINGS TO BE MADE. IN THE END WE WERE STILL REQUIRED TO PAY FOR THE JUNK AND THEY GOT TO KEEP THE REST OF THE GOLD. NOT ANYONE I WOULD RECOMMEND UNLESS YOU DON'T WANT YOUR PRECIOUS METAL OR JEWELS BACK!
