Found my girl!. Reviews can be confusing so I checked ALL I could find, not just Citysearch. Anyway, based on my experience I thought I would let everyone know that I had an AWESOME experience at Scarlet Salon. Lisa was professional, courteous, and my hair is better than its been in years. I've been guilty of a bit (lol) of over-processing but that was no problem for Lisa. She cut, highlighted and low-lighted my hair perfectly and was able to achieve a healthy glow to it once again. She told me what products were the best to use on my type of hair - and didn't put the hard pressure sale on me - just told me what worked best and where to get it, and gave me a free sample of this great Argon oil she uses. I don't know what all this "hand shaking" thing is about... my appointment was early and we were both drinking coffee while my hair processed... I don't know. Lisa was friendly, funny and my hair turned out great. I will definately be back.…

5 STAR SATISFIED. As an owner and stylist it is always hard when you find you've offended a client. That being said, I am very confused by this review. I have absolutely no idea who this could be! Although not everyone feels comfortable voicing their dissatisfaction face to face, as a professional I am always willing and grateful to fix a problem if I know it exists. It is my personal mission to send Everyone out the door with a look they love. Had this person told me she was unhappy at any step in the process I would have gladly righted the wrong, up to and including a full refund of the service. I have Never in my professional life over-charged someone for a service - my prices are clearly posted - I am truly sorry for this person's experience and only wish she had contacted me in person. Very dissatisfied!!!. I dont know of any good stylist in the area, so due to all the reviews placed on her website. I decided to try Lisa out. I had the worst experience ever!!!!! I paid over the regular amount that she charges for haircuts/styles. Only to get a very chopped up looking style that is so messed up that all I can do is now wait for it to grow out. It is so messed up that it brought tears to my eyes. I even asked her if she did consultations, she said Yes! Is that what I got? NO!! I dont know if it were the fact that her hands were shaking the whole time or if she is so outdated. Not to mention that when I called her for the appointment, she was not friendly. She said she was busy and would call me back, she never did. When I arrived to the appointment I was not greeted with a friendly manner either. That all should of been a clue but I thought it would be okay. Not to mention how difficult it was to find the place. She has the suite wrong on her website and she has not changed it......Later I looked at her website again and realized the pictures that she posted all looked the same , no matter the length. So if you want a really bad cut, go see Scarlet Salon's. Still looking…

Love Scarlet Salon!. I have finally found my hair stylist! I've been looking for a good stylist for sometime now, but it wasn't until my friend told me about Scarlet Salon in Round Rock that I finally found her. I wanted a new look, but not sure exactly what that look would be. Lisa was absolutely wonderful she showed me different accents that would fit me. I am so pleased with my highlights and hair cut and felt beautiful walking out of the salon. Lisa was so professional and so pleasant. too. Price was very reasonable as well. I'll be a returning customer for sure!…
