My heat went out, I got the 832-1000 number from a friend at work, I called them they came out on my lunch break and fixed my heat, thank you arrow for your prompt service and professionalism

Did the right thing

I thought my dishwasher wasn't working and it turned out the switch on the wall that I didn't know was there was off. Dumb on my part but really required no work on their part. It was a second service call; the first time the replaced the latch on my dishwasher and got paid. They did the right thing and didn't charge me again, eventually. They are competent and quick.
