CHEATS AND THEIVES

Awful awful awful!!! I called them because my dryer was not working and had a coupon for a free service call with repair (I assumed I would need a repair because it was not working properly) - they sent a tech out same day and he was on time which was nice - he got there looked at the dryer and said that the dryer vent needed to be cleaned out and that they don't do that. He did nothing except turn on the dryer then proceeded to charge a $49 service fee and was out the door, all this in a matter of 7 minutes. I was pretty much robbed!! The tech told me to hold on to the coupon for when I do need a repair - REALLY??

I had a trane air conditioner installed by these people 3 months ago for $3400. Yesterday it stopped cooling my house. They came out within 3 hours to look at it. They said it was a clogged drain line that was causing it not to cool. They wanted $230 to clear the line. I refused to pay it i think this should have been a free service seeing that I paid them to install a new unit for $3400 just 3 months ago. I would think his would have all been checked when it was installed to insure it would function properly.
To top it off! The problem is not the drain line. I cleared it myself with a shop vac and some bleach.
Does anyone know a reliable & FAIR ac service center. Arrow is not one of those companies

Dishonest Repair Center

They advertise a free service call but beware. They diagnosed my sub zero with a problem that doesn't exist and then charged my $160 to replace a small part. When I had an authoized repair center look at my refrigerator, the real problem was determined. So I wasted $160. I am disputing it now and reporting them to the BBB.
Terrible Service

My home warranty company referred me to this service company to fix an a/c system. They did not return my call for two days. I called them to scheduled an appointment and they could not find the information. Finally, 4 days later, a tech came out and I explained to him that there was a strange return system set in the apartment and that the air was not being filtered. there was a high differential on the system. He told me it was fine, and that I should just put a filter in the system. I explained that there was no way to filter the furnace he told there was and I just needed to open the furnace. When he opened the furnace he told me that it was broken and it would not hold filter, but instead of saying he would fix the problem he insisted I could put a filter there. He told me it would not filter all the air, but it was the best he could do. I asked if he could fix it, and he said he would not and then told me the system was working so why should I worry. I said I was concerned about water backing up in the line. He wrote a report and never sent to the home warranty company. After repeated calls, Arrow refused to perform the service and the warranty company sent me to a different company to assess the problem. I would never use this company again and I would never recommend them. Their service was terrible and their customer relations are useless.
