Can I give zero stars?

As residents of Steiner Ranch, we feel held captive by this restaurant! SR residents are so limited in their options of restaurants. This we knew before we moved in here. However, does that mean the owners of Lakeside Grill need to make no effort at all? First, half the time there is no hostess working and when there is she usually seems confused about the responsibilities of a hostess. Second, there is no waiting area even though there is usually a wait on Friday and Saturday nights. Can you remove the Golden Tee game and put in a proper waiting area??? Third, service is poor! Even though the restaurant is small the wait staff seems surprised when they have a table. We waited 20 minutes just to get drinks on our most recent visit. Fourth, the bartender seems to have an issue with children. He wouldn't allow our family to sit at the bar with our daughter (waiting for a table of course), even though my husband and I wanted to order drinks. He said no children are allowed at the bar. This policy seems to be enforced sporadically at best. Hello Bartender Man--Steiner Ranch is a family community!!! This restaurant sucks! Please, Please!!! Someone else open a restaurant here to save us!!!

Lakeside Pizza is Great!!

I eat at Lakeside 3-5 times a week and love the food.

The service is great as well.

The chef changes the specials at least a couple times a month and they are always interesting and wonderful
