Pretty good valet company with accessable owners who know what they are doing. No real problems with them, the one post about them "running downtown in a year" sounds like a fake post as I have meet many of their valets and this is not the conduct I saw around them.

I want to start off by saying that I was guest at the Belvedere on Hamilton Pool Road just recently. Im a home owner and enjoy house flipping so my attention to detail is part of the family line. The valet service, which i later asked for their title, was absolutely horrible. When i say horrible i mean detail disaster. Shirts untucked, dirty language and not very genuine. I watched them stall my car three times (i guess you don't need to drive standard to be a valet . . . go figure)! I heard more then a couple of squeals outside while i was inside. Seriously? bad taste in my mouth from the beginning and then when i left, my car was pulled up and turned off. I opened my own door. Started up my own car. I drove away without looking back. I only gave them one star simply to be somewhat generous.
