Roof Shingles. Jack didn't stand behind his "work" on a roof repair for me. I paid him $400 to replace some shifted shingles on my roof, and less than 2 years later, they shifted in the exact same spot. Whoever he had "fix" the roof did not do it properly and Jack refused to fix the problem or call me back as promised. Next time, I'll hire a real roofer.
