In some circles, Hoboken Pie is known as "Drunken Pie" given its location on the boozy, beer-filled strip of Red River music venues. And while it does hit the spot after a night of fist-pumping, it's pretty darn fabulous even when you're not already three sheets. Try the Torres white pie, spread with a roasted garlic olive oil base and topped with Anjou pears, bacon, sundried tomatoes, spinach and gorgonzola cheese.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. Terrible service! I have never actually written a bad review for a restaurant, but Hoboken Pie treated our group like dirt despite us being polite and patient. Our group of four people decided to go have pizza there at around 6pm before we went to a concert. We waited over an hour for our food, but we could see they were busy with take-out orders, so we didn't get upset...After 30 minutes a girl from our group decided to go ask a employee to see how much longer it might be. She was not rude when asking, and the guy snapped back at her "I guess you didn't notice but we are really busy"...SO RUDE! it was another 30 minutes before we got our food and to make matters worse, the food was not fully cooked. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone due to the rude servers and not so great food.

Really. Good. Pizza..
Large slices, reasonable prices and super friendly staff. I got a slice with mushrooms, black olives and super gooey cheese that had just came out of the oven and I was in heaven. Loved the crust, too - had great flavor and held up nicely under all the toppings.
Already planning a return visit for the Mediterranean pie (spinach, feta, artichokes and kalamata olives). Vegan options, salads and sandwiches also available. They even deliver to my house which makes them my new favorite pizza joint IN THE WORLD.

Good HOT Cheezeeeeee. For by the slice walk up it is really good. A quick bit when you need to be on the move to the next bar!

So far the best. This is definetly the best pizza I've come across while visiting Austin. The crust is crisp, but not a cracker. It it was perfect the crust would have just a bit more of a chew. The sauce is nicely layered with a distinct flavor and the cheese is of good quality and portioned just right. Then vegetable toppings are all fresh.

Great NJ Style Pizza in Austin. I have eaten at Hoboken Pie a few times so far. I live in CA, and was staying at the Sheraton downtown. The guy at the front desk highly recommended Hoboken Pie for great pizza. I'm in NJ periodically, so I have eaten plenty of NJ style pizza. The pizza at Hoboken Pie is sooooo much better than anything I have eaten in NJ. Very thin, crispy crust, not too much cheese, and the flavor of the sauce is perfect!! I recommend the Hawaiian and Margherita pizzas too!!! If you like thick crust, greasy pizza, go somewhere else. I'll eat your share the next time I'm in Austin!
