Great Plan for Overall Health and Weight Loss

Beverly Hill Weight Loss has a fantastic program. I lost 40 plus pounds on the program and I'm still loosing. I never felt hungry on their plan. Since I started taking their vitamins I feel great. I have more energy and like doing more with my family. The nutritional supplements are great too. Especially the chocolate peanut butter bars.

• Pros: Easy to follow and never feel hungry
• Cons: Costs approximately $50/week to loose the weight

Weight loss is steady and healthy, not starving all the time like other programs, Cost is reasonable.

First and foremost, the program is very effective. If you follow it, you WILL lose your weight. I've been losing steadily for 3 weeks now and should reach my goal weight within 2 more weeks.

The focus on health is a nice touch as well. Excellent vitamins and protein supplements. It's sort of a pain to write down my food intake but the results are well worth it in my opinion. Oh and no pushy sales people or group meetings which I'm a little tired of. I've tried many things and none of them stuck. I think I'll stick with this one because it's easy, it doesn't cost me an arm and a leg and its working well.

• Pros: effective programs, friendly professional people.
• Cons: Weekly consultations are only 15 minutes but my schedule gets hectic sometimes and its hard to make time to go in.
