Didn't get them back, after 1 year.
I had some custom rims, I found out that they do fix rims. Took them, been told in about a week gonna be ready, asked me to pay in ahead, what I unfortunately did. I live like 60 miles from buda, so cant go there often, plus my job.
Been there 5-6 times, always been given an excuse, try to call, he was avoiding me. After a while he told me they dont have them, but he will refund me, again same story, no rims, no money...
Didn't know i'd be paying someone to drive my car around..
Long story short I dropped our new Clubman S off at Audio Outlaws in Buda Tx for a tint job at noon last saturday. I got the car back 2 hours later than quoted and much to my surprise somebody had put 30 miles on it. The owner was supposed to call me and work something out, after waiting a few days I was offered 30 bucks. I want a full refund and they have yet to get back to me.
Here's what burns me up, the car was 2 weeks old and was still being broken in. Plus it's so new that I won't let my friends drive it, and some random tint shop idiot took it out for a joyride. I'm pretty sure nothing positive happened in those 30 miles, nothing besides clutch abuse and high revs. I guess i'm just lucky it was only 30 miles.
To add insult to injury this was my most expensive tint job on the smallest car I've had tinted, by more than 40 dollars. Shame on me for not making the drive into Austin.
Outstanding work!!. I only stopped in because they were close to my house and they turned out to be awesome. Had a pioneer nav, all new speakers w/sub, and an alarm installed. Did all the work on time as agreed and did a fantastic job. I moved about 50 miles away but would not hesitate to drive by 2 Best Buys to use them again. And will.
