Ask for Adam. I've had several sports/dance injuries and if you just communicate to him, he gets the job done. I would reccomend him to anyone. Every time I get work done, I leave feeling so much better and am pain free by the end of the day.

Loved it. I have tried a few of the therapists here and have really liked them. Communication is key when you get a massage and if you don't tell someone they are not going deep enough or they are hurting you then of course you are going to not like your massage. Becky and Matt have great Deep Tissue. Keith was my fav. I have not had a massage I don't like there and I am a member so I will try to get around to everyone.

HANDS DOWNS THE WORST MASSAGE EVER!!. I treated my boyfriend and I to a massage there and I have to let everyone know that it was HANDS DOWN the WORST massage that I have ever received! I'll spare names, but pretty much all the masseuse did was literally rub lotion on me. I could of stayed home and done it myself and I would have saved over $100 bucks.

GREAT SPOT!. Best massage I have had in ages! Grealt front staff, very afforable and spa like. Keith will give you the best massage you have had in years (if ever). I highly recomend that everyone goes to Massage Heights, they are very convientent and flexable to your schedule and needs.
