Eh, not so awesome. It took days before someone called me about the email I sent, and it was only after I called them and talked to someone about finding a apt for my brother. The guy I talked to seemed disinterested. He said he'd look into some places and get back to me later that day. It wasn't until the next day that he contacted me, at almost 5, with only a couple of locations. It seemed like he just quickly looked up a few that I had already looked at. I've heard great things about Lucas but i'd recommend austin area apartment locators.

A+ Experience. I just can't say enough good things about Martha. We were a difficult client to place but Martha was able to find a place within our budget within the area we wanted to live. She worked tirelessly returning our phone calls and emails within moments of receiving them.

If we decide to move again we'll be giving Martha and Greenlight Locating a call. Thanks for everything!

what a great experience. Martha was awesome! We moved to Austin from CA and were dreading the long-distance apartment search. Luckily Martha is a ROCKSTAR and the whole process was simple and quite enjoyable.

In the weeks preceding our visit we would frequently forward Martha batches of craigslist postings for apartments that had the amenities we were looking for (we must have sent her close to 50). When we flew down here to find an apartment Martha had prepared a list of similar apartments all around the city. She happily drove us from property to property and as an added bonus she had a great relationship with the leasing personnel at many of the properties we visited. She worked very hard and found us the perfect apartment!

We will definitely use Martha if we need to move again!

Greenlight locating rocks!. We were in a situation where we needed to move fast but could not get to Austin to view properties in person. A friend had utilized Martha for the same reason and recommended that I contact her. What a blessing! Within a week of conversations we found the perfect place! We are so happy with our location and the convenience that Greenlight locating provided. We just could not have gotten it done without them! Thank you Greenlight!

Best Rental Broker. Hello. Hello.

I am currently moving to Austin, Texas and needed a place to live. A friend recommended Donna from Greenlight and I could not be more satisfied with my experience.

Donna was extremely professional, personable, and proficient. First I met up at her office where we went through a list of available apartments. I then chose the ones I was most interested in and she threw in a couple of suggestions. She then drove me around town and showed me about seven apartments all in one afternoon. Very efficient!

I had a few requests of places that I wanted to visit and she took me to all of them. I was at first daunted because I had never been to Austin but after spending one day with Donna, I felt that I knew the basic pros and cons of all the important neighborhoods in the city.

I have dealt with various rental brokers in New York City, Pittsburgh, and San Juan and Donna has been by far my best experience.

Wonderful Experience. This service will help you find a place fast!! i just moved out to Austin 3 weeks ago and I had no problem with finding a great apartment at the price and location that i preferred. I met with an agent named, Lucas Lee, at greenlight who was very professional and knowlegeable about the area i was interested in. I was very impressed with his ability to locate something exclusive for me.. I also am very happy with my decision to use greenlight. Best of all, This is service is a FREE service to renters in need of an apartment... i highly recommend it. Marcus

I was a little scared when all the "good" listings kept getting scooped up before we could even look at them. Thanks to you staying up late on a Friday night, we were able to be the FIRST people to look at a house that did not even last until lunch time on Saturday. That house ended up being THE house. I truly appreciate your dedication to us and your constant professionalism. The house you found us was a gem, but the real jewel here is you! May the Lord continue to bless you and your business.

Very good locating service. Despite a disappointing experience with a different locating agency, I decided to give Greenlight a shot. My experience with Greenlight was eons better. Martha helped us find a cool apartment at a very good price, even though we had some requests that really restricted the choices. For example, we required wood floors in the living areas. Not easy to find at our price range. Martha found us a good selection anyway and then toured each place with us. Before our tour, she sent us info on each location so we could narrow things down to those we are most interested in. Martha was nice, energetic, and enthusiastic. Our tour was quick and efficient, Martha already had everything mapped out before we even arrived at the office. A few questions and we were off. We found the place we will move into that day. We haven't moved just yet, but I am excited. Oh, and Martha was very honest about the complexes and areas of town. No telling us "oh, this part of town is just wonderful!" if it wasn't. I really appreciated that.

So, Martha was great and when we eventually move (I am hoping to stay a few years!) we will ask for her help again.

Martha Bowles is the Best!. My son and I just finished a very busy weekend in Austin on the hunt for west campus student housing for the fall. I saw Greenlight Locating on the internet and read their reviews, which led me to Martha. She was very efficient and had our day mapped out with the locations we would be touring. Martha was able to get us everywhere we needed to go and move us along at a pace we were comfortable with, and all with a very upbeat and bubbly personality. She was truly a lifesaver for our mission to find housing. And at the end of the day we found a very desirable apartment that I know my son will be happy with ... thank you so much, Martha!
