Fabulous therapy, great relaxation. Pam has such a gift for hypnotherapy! She has helped me with issues such as self-esteem, motivation to exercise and getting the support I need by communicating with authority and ease. What I really love about her is her calming voice and gentle presence, I feel so relaxed when I leave. She has fine-tuned each of my sessions so that the affirmations really fit me, they resonate deeply in my mind and are easy to use.

Overcoming Fears. Where to start?? Pam has helped me with many aspects of my life with both business and personal. One example Pam has recently helped me with is overcoming my fear of swimming in open water. I was afraid to place my face in the water, but wanted to complete my first triathlon this past June. Well, it's a bit hard to complete a Tri if you can make it past the first event which is the swim! I could swim in a pool no problem, but open water was very frightening for me. After 3 or so sessions I was able to relax and enter the water without anxiety or fear. I completed my first triathlon no problem!!

She is very professional and caring. All my sessions are confidential and I feel safe speaking with her about the different obstacles in my life. I feel very confident referring my friends, family and even patients to her. Highly recommended for any aspect of your life you feel needs improvement.

Thanks Pam for your help! I am now a Tri-athlete!!
