Sad to say, but this children's boutique lost a grandmother customer today.

I attempted to exchange a baby outfit for one size larger due to a big baby boy. I had purchased the item just 10 days earlier (tag attached and receipt in hand), but was told by the sales clerk that they made no exchanges after a week. Then, the sales personnel made no effort to help with another purchase.

Adorable Austin children's and tween's boutique. bella-mi is THE place to go in Austin if you are shopping for baby clothes, children's clothing, and even clothing for pre-teens or "tweens". They have a great selection without the store being overwhelming or cluttered. They had some beautiful items and even a nice selection of gifts. This is the place to go to for a shower or birthday gift for those kiddos in your life. The staff is so helpful. If you tell them the price range you are trying to shop in they can help you select the perfect gift and they will even gift wrap it for you. You can't beat that! A must stop on your next Austin shopping trip!

excellent customer service. I was really impressed with the level of customer service at Bella-Mi. They really go out of their way to make you feel taken care of. Their merchandise is one of a kind and the people who work there are a step above the rest.

They even remembered me when I called several weeks after my visit!

A store with chic and age appropriate clothes for tweens!. It is very hard to find unique and lovely outfits for tweens. Bella sorella (the other half of Bella mi) has beautiful clothes that are elegant, fun and above all age appropriate. It is so refreshing to be able to go to a store and not have to search for something that is suitable. Bella sorella has that and more. There is also a wide range of lovely accessories and items that are perfect for gift giving.

Love Bella mi!. I've been shopping here since my daughter was an infant and she's 4 now. Each time I've been in, I'm treated with a friendly smile (by a variety of staff) and when I'm in need, they are exceptionally helpful. The items they have are too cute for words and the quality has been outstanding. Every item is a piece that my little one enjoys for a long time and which gains compliments. I love shopping there and encourage others to check them out! I had a great purchase today of items for my daughter that included Hatley PJ's, a darling dress, a Parisian inspired pair of pants and top, and a pair of copper colored clothes toed shoes (very versatile, comfortable and which can endure lots of play on the playground) - all under $100 and these are boutique clothes :0)

great gifts and great service!. Went into this little store while in Austin and found gifts for all my grandchildren. The sales woman was helpful with every age group from the baby to the teenager. She wrapped my purchases at no charge and sent them out UPS for me. My grandkids all loved their gifts, I will definitely go back there when in Austin!

Darling kids store. We went into Bella-Mi killing time while waiting for Kerbey Lane Cafe, and couldn't have been more impressed. The owners were super friendly and helpful, the clothes and toys and art were high quality, and the design was very aesthetically pleasing. We would definitely go back next time we are in Austin.

Too Fun!!!. This is the most fun kids shop i have ever been to. The mini runway with lights is fun for little girls and big girls too! The sales people helped with everything I needed but didn't hound me. I definitely will go back to this store!

Cute Clothes. Came across this little store while visting. Sooooo cute. My girls loved the diva stage. I didn't like being looked at like I was an interloper with dirt in her hair and having eyes rolled at me. But my girls had fun and we found some cute stuff that we would not find up at home.
