Need to slow down and listen to the patients. My experience was not good at first. When I called I was put on HOLD for over 5 minutes. When I finally did see Dr. Rasmussen he was in and out in less than 3 minutes. I live far away and drove 1.5 hours and did not appreciate his lack of budgeted time for my appointment...

I am mostly pleased with my results but the lack of communication is a real problem for me!!He may know what he is doing but it is still my face and my money.

Brilliant Doctor and Staff. YOUR FACE AND YOUR HEALTH... DON'T TRUST THEM TO JUST ANYONE! I have found a great doctor and love his staff. All are friendly and welcoming.

Dr. Rassmussen is an excellent Dr.. I've been going to Dr. Rassmussen for years. He has always been a diligent, thoughtful doctor. He knows his stuff. He has treated both myself and my daughter.

I've read some reviews that speak of him rushing and talking too fast. I've never experienced the rushing, but I will agree that he speaks too fast. Knowing Dr. Rassmussen as long as I have, he speaks like that all the time - in and out of his office. He isn't from around here after all! :)

Excellent Service & Wonderful Staff. I have seen Dr. Rasmussen twice, and he has recommended and prescribed me different topical solutions. He is caring and understanding. Although people may think he is always in a rush or like he does not care, I ASSURE you he is just the opposite. His ultimate goal is to make sure his patients are happy with their skin their in!

Melissa Garcia, Medical Aesthetician, has performed a few treatments on my face. The first time I went in, I was an emotional wreck from my acne. Melissa stopped during the treatment to COMFORT me and gave me inspirational words to make me a stronger. I now request her every time I go in for an appt! She cares about her patients, and makes sure she leaves them with amazing results!

I highly recommend eOs Dermatology & Med Spa. I promise you will not regret it, and you will become a NEW YOU!

Mediocre Experience. I saw Dr. Rasmussen today and felt that he did seem to be in a hurry. He seemed indifferent about my concerns. His assistant was not that friendly and did not put my mind at ease about a procedure I was considering. They both couldn't seem to understand why I didn't want to do it. It is making me reconsider whether or not to put my facial needs in their hands.

Update: I am so thrilled to say that I must now eat my words. My second visit to Dr Rasmussen was completely different. He was understanding about my initial concerns and took his time with me. I will now continue to see him and eOs for my skin care needs.

Speedy Fast?. I went to EOS for the first time yesterday to meet with Dr. Rasmussen. The staff was very nice and friendly. I waited maybe 5 mins. I did, however, feel like Dr. Rasmussen was in a huge hurry. He spoke fast, asked me 2 questions, said "okay, this is what we're going to do," and then was half way out the room with his hand on the doorknob when he turned to ask if I had any questions for him. Also there was one treatment that I told him right off the bat that I absolutely did NOT want to do because of adverse reactions I've had with it in the past, he pretty much ignored my concerns and said we wouldn't rule that out yet.

Beckie is the best!. I highly recommend Beckie Kipp! She is an esthetician extraordinaire! You can trust Beckie with anything related to you skin. She is smart and very knowledgeable about her business. I have seen Beckie for everything from facials, to waxing (nobody waxes my brows like Beckie) laser hair removal and soon IPL. I can't wait! EOS is a great, clean med spa with a fantastic staff!
