Artful photography captures the spirit. I am excited whenever Marlene sends me a new album to view, even if I am not ready to buy. Her flowers are reminiscent of Georgia O'Keefe paintings, and her Atlantic lighthouse series is a favorite of mine. I also enjoy being able to view an album online, and I like to sift through a series of photos of the same subject taken from different points of view and different times of day. I pick my favorites, and then come back and reappraise to see if I still feel the same photographs are best. I also like that there is never any pressure to buy, as I am viewing the albums at home on my PC. When a selected choice is framed and delivered, it is always the best quality. Her human studies deserve special mention: Marlene's work seems to capture the soul of a person, whether their nature is vivacious or reflective. 5 Stars!

A Natural Working With People and Children. It''s obvious by viewing Marlene's portfolio that she is a skilled and creative fine arts photographer. What may not be so obvious, unless you've worked with Marlene, as I have, is her natural affection for people. This is vital in her portrait studio. Marlene is not only skillfull and knowledgable in the studio with her clients, but her gift of enjoying and "seeing" people makes them relax and be themselves for her camera. If you take a few moments to view her past portraits, you can see for yourselves the difference Marlene's gifts make in the final product. Her personal portraits ascend studio shots and become art. I've never known anyone to be unhappy with an Artful Photography portrait.

Skilled Photographer. Ms. Lebel has been patient and imaginative in creating collages, and several still life ?nature photos? for me. Her portfolio is very impressive and her post photographic production has created several pictures that are notable works of art. As a photographer, Marlene is very diligent and creative in assuring that the assignment is carried out completely and professionally.

I highly recommend her photographic knowledge and abilities for weddings, newborns, family portraits or any other special occasions that require a highly skilled photographer.
