HORRIBLE! Do not use!!. Got a windshield-installed incorrectly. 4 months later it cracked and they will not replace it. The seal was broken all around and the crack started from the inside. Horrible customer service too!
Six days later.... After installing my brand new windshield on the 14th and doing an awesome job, 5 days later it got chipped by a rock. The next day I called Austin Windshield and once again, a few hours after the call Tyler was there to save the day. Not only did I get a $20 discount since it was a new windshield I couldn't even see where the chip was when he finished. Very courteous and experienced. For the second time I say, "I will use them from now on!" Thanks Tyler, Mark and Austin Windshield!!!…
Austin Windshields Rock. Austin Windshields was great. I called them and that day they sent someone over to replace my windshield. It took less than an hour to replace, and Mark answered every question I had. The customer service was fantastic. From the phone call I made to them leaving it was A+ all around. I just hope I wont need to call them to replace my windshield again any time soon, but if I need to get it replaced for whatever reason they are first on my list to call.…
good service, good price. I had my car broken into and these guys were on site within 30 minutes...in less than 1 hour, my back window was replaced...it took the cops 4 hours to show up...lol
New glass looks great!. I waited until the last minute to get my inspection done and Austin Windshields came out the same day I called them. It took about an hour and it looks good as new. Not much more to say, pretty basic stuff. I would use again.…
