Great Eye Dr Office. I had an appointment with Dr. Smith and my entire experience was excellent. The techs were very good at taking the measurements and Dr. Smith was very thorough in explaining what my readings meant. The office was laid out nicely and incredibly well kept.

My only complaint was that during my consultation with one of the glasses selling people, they quoted me a price for glasses that was actually much less than what I could buy them for due to the special things required for my lens, which is very thick. It was a little disappointing to see the price double, but it was explained to me in a very professional manner and an apology was given.

Overall I would recommend this office to anyone needing an eye doctor in South Austin!

Professionalism Defined. Every time I have my yearly appointment with Dr. Tybor, I experience a staff that is professional and very easy to work with. I have now purchased glasses and contacts from Oak Hill Eye care and they have been very accommodating to make sure that I have great results in using these products to correct my vision.

I highly recommend this group of professionals at Oak Hill Eye Care.

Eye Can See Clearly Now. David Tybor has been my opthaologist since my first pair of eyeglasses in the 8th grade. Twenty-two years later, I still rely on Dr. Tybor and Oak Hill Eye Care for my contact lenses, eyeglasses and periodic eye exams.

I have always had a great experience during my visits. Appointments are available in a timely manner, ordering contact lenses is a breeze, and they always have quick turnaround times. Frames are available in on-trend styles at a variety of price points from designer brands to models for the more value-minded.

Tybor's support staff is helpful and friendly, especially Ashley, who orders my contacts for me. Working with my vision insurance policy has never been a problem, and with my benefits, all goods and services are very affordable.

I highly recommend Oak Hill Eye Care for your optical needs.

Attentive, reliable eye care. An alternative to dilation!. I've been seeing Dr. Tybor for over 15 years. Before that I bounced from eye doctor to eye doctor for many years not being satisfied. This office is efficiently run, the equipment is leading edge -- you can choose a very high-resolution photo, a permanent record, instead of the old-school dilation of your eyes! And Dr. Tybor explains all the workings of the eye in clear detail. I haven't met the other doctor in the practice, Dr. Payne, but I assume if Dr. Tybor picked her she must be pretty special too. I found the staff in the eyeglass department to be polite and knowledgable. Good selection of frames too. Located in Oak Hill, it's not the most convenient place for me to get to but it's well worth the drive.

Pleasant Experience. This is my first appointment with an eye doctor in US and I should say that Oak hill providedme a really good experience. The doctor took her time, explained stuffs to me and answered patiently to my questions. They do have a wide variety of frames as well. On the whole it is good.
