Excellent Service. I really like this place. The staff and management are friendly and very professional. They did an excellent job on my dog's groom and he smelled great! I will defitely use this place again and recommend them to others!

Horrible. The new management left me with a bad taste in my mouth! I will NEVER take my dog there again! He was still dirty when I picked him up, the staff is rude, and the prices have increased! I wish that I could click my heels together and bring back my Kellie! My pooch misses her!!

Great Groomers!. I went to Pride and Groom and met the new management. They have all new groomers and new staff and I wasn't sure what to expect. They were all great! The person that greeted me when I came in greeted me with a big smile. The groomer made my "Snickers" look adorable. I had a problem finding a groomer that could handle Snickers, but when I picked her up, she was calm and happy as could be. I will definately be going back! They treated Snickers with love and I couldn't have asked for more!

Professional Grooming. Pride and Groom is the only grooming salon I will use or recommend to others. I've known Kellie for about 4 years through rescue work, and she has solid instincts for working with dogs and cats. Over the years, I've taken some of my rescues/fosters to her as well as my long-time pets. The dogs are treated with respect and as if they were family. You ought to see how excited Pearl, my 9 year old Great Pyrenees, gets when she goes to see Kellie. I wholeheartedly recommend Kellie and her staff for all of your pet grooming needs.

Pride and Groom Salon is Great!. I am so happy I found Kellie over at Pride and Groom! She is so good with my neurotic kitty, Taboo. He has to go in periodically to be de-matted and partially shaved. He cries and fusses and Kellie is so good with him! She trimmed Taboo up more this time and he looks wonderful!

I highly recommend Pride and Groom and Kellie!

Kellie works Miracle on Bi-Polar cat. I took 'Wally' to Kellie for his first ever shaving. Wally is a rather obese (on a diet now at a good +-22#), red, long haired who remains grumpy and growls all the time even after rescuing him over 4 years ago. He acts like he wants to bite you though he never has. The heavier he has become the more 'angry' and lethargic he has become...like some people I know.

When I first spoke with Kellie on the phone I told her that the last groomer, who only shaved his privates, asked us to not ever bring him back because his disposition was so bad. She reassured me that doing cats was actually her specialty and that it would cost 45-90 dollars to do him depending on how many it took to work on him. I made the appointment.

I stayed to watch the whole 'transition' and asked a good many question which Kellie graciously answered, all the time commencing in a real wrestling match. Kellie remained patient and Wally remained barbaric! It did take 1 assistant to help hold him. The whole thing (including bath) took about 45 min to an hour. The cost? A very fair and most reasonable $75.

The best part is, Wally is like a new cat. He lets us pet him more. He is so much more affectionate, affable and soft. TRUTHFULLY I think he must have been living in a constant state of hyperthermia. I think having his 'skin' stroked is a new and awesome sensation for him too. He's also more mobile..not hauling that 5 pounds of fur around with him. If cats could smile Wally would!
