Great Sushi Close to Campus. its a really cute little place! it was still new the first time i went there so the service was a little off but that is to be expected with a place that just opened and the service has improved every time i have been there since! they have great sushi! i cant say much for the tai food except that my friend ordered soup and it was crazy spicy! the shrimp tempura roll and the spicy tuna roll crunchy are my fav's

this is a great place to go for sushi! but if you want tai food i would stick to the classics (tai noodle house or madam mam's)

Meh.... Friends and I decided to go here because we had gone to every sushi place within walking distance of campus. After eating at Sushi Niichi, I thought Crave would be somewhat on the same level. Although they have nice decorations, their food was just okay. My friend that had the curry said it was a bit too spicy, and the sushi (which I had) was worse than I am use to having. The soft shell crab in the spider roll tasted artificial, and the rest of my sushi tasted the same. Didn't taste bad, but didn't have a fresh sushi taste to it either. Much too expensive for what I ate, and didn't feel full after wards.

Classic Thai dishes and sushi add to the campus-area Asian and happy hour offerings.. In Short
Formely Baja Fresh, longtime Austinites will recognize the space as the iconic Sound Exchange with the famous "Hi, How Are You" frog mural. Inside, the open dining room updates the casual dining experience with slate gray walls, black granite tables and leather-topped bench seating. Expect a menu of classic Thai fare including spring rolls, pad thai, noodle dishes and a variety of curries. Dine at the sushi bar for a sampling of sushi, sashimi and familiar rolls. Try the bento box special for lunchtime savings.
