The best authentic pad Thai in town! Also the only place in town I know of that has south east Asian chicken rice (excellent ginger, garlic, chili sauce). They use all natural, locally sourced meats too! Now that they cook to order, food is 10x better. Also they have hand made ice cream (basil and Thai tea flavors!)

Locals in the 78704 know that the owner and chef at Thai Fresh (Jam Sanitchat) provides made-fresh dishes from locally sourced ingredients including seasonal produce and meats from Richardson Farms and Buddy's Natural Chicken. The menu changes daily depending on what's available, just step up to the deli case and choose from authentic dishes priced by the pound like pad thai, mango rice, satay, varied curries, coconut soup, spicy glass noodle salad and more. The dining room holds a couple of tables and srvice is do it yourself. The kitchen and dining room also doubles as grocery space with Thai produce, condiments and utensils. Beer and wine served.
