Had a vehicle burglarized at the domain parking garage(orange designation-rogers road between park and Westin) wanted to know if anybody knows if they have seurity cameras in the garage to help with my case/claim-the security there is kind of a joke and would not answer any questions.

A backwards hat... Really?
My friends and are always looking for a good place up north with a good happy hour. We go there and are enjoying their happy hour specials and we have an appetizer which was pretty good. We had been hanging out for a solid three hours when the manager (I'm guessing) sneaks up behind me and tells me to turn my hat around. Now, I'm not usually a trouble maker or the loudest guy in the group, but he made me very uncomfortable. The other three people at my table, two good looking girls and another guy, agree that was pretty ridiculous and persuade me to turn it backwards and if they kick me out, we will all leave. We a couple more drinks and sure enough the guy sneaks up behind me again and says, "Bro, if you don't turn it around you have to leave." So we left.
We weren't being loud or obnoxious, we were chillin in the back corner of a not full patio. I think it is pretty ridiculous to turn away paying customers because of a backwards hat.
I understand that they might want to keep their establishment classy or whatever, but let's use some judgment. Was it really worth kicking us out?
I would have chosen zero stars if it were an option. I think the guy was rude and his actions were uncalled for. It's pretty safe to say I won't be going back.
The Domain. In Short - Luxury shopping no longer requires a trip to Dallas or Houston now that Austin has its own elaborate outdoor complex stocked with high-end retailers and indulgent lines like Tiffany & Co., Burberry and Stuart Weitzman. Electronics stores like Apple, plus more affordable shops, including trendy home boutique Z Gallerie, makeup haven MAC Cosmetics and the ubiquitous Victoria's Secret and Banana Republic, provide opportunity for all to spend. Also included on the property are many worthwhile restaurants, the innovative Salon at the Domain and a slew of deluxe lofts overlooking the shop-lined boulevard.
Spa Reveil. I recently visited Spa Reveil in the Domain, and had a very relaxing experience. The atmosphere and background music is so soothing, you can forget the outside world. Ann gave me a pedicure and fabulous massage for my feet and legs. The water they serve has a hint of refreshing cucumber. I would highly recommend Ann and Spa Reveil for a manicure/pedicure massage. I hear they also give facials. Think I will try that next time.
Great Pedicure at Spa Reveil. I just had my first spa pedicure at Spa Reveil on Thursday and it was worth writing a review for. Anna, the nail technician, took her time to make sure I felt truly pampered, and I don't think I have ever had a polish job that looks so smooth. From the ice cold cucumber water to the mint exfoliating scrub followed by hot towel treatment, I really felt like a queen. I highly recommend this spa, and Anna for a truly indulgent pedicure!
Excellent Manicure/Pedicure. I visited Spa Reveil for a second time and highly recommend it for manicure/pedicure services. I requested the same technician I had the first visit due to her professionalism and exceptional service and care. Not only is she knowledgeable, it is obvious that she truly cares about providing a positive and beneficial service for clients of the spa.
Great staff! Great mani/pedi!. From the moment I walked into the spa I was pleased by the great smell and very cheerful staff. I was offered a drink right away that included tea, coffee, and water. The manicure and pedicure was wonderful! The technician that worked on me had already made a hot cup of tea waiting for me as I entered the room, I felt very welcomed. The level of professionalism the technician held was very impressive as is she was very well spoken, eye contact was made, and she seemed to care about the conversations I had with her. I must say I was very impressed with my technician, she had spoke about school, work, and short-term and long-term goals she plans to achieve to benefit her children. Overall I am delighted with my experience.
Agree: shopping here yes living here - NO!. I have to agree with several of the reviews actually. I can honestly say that customer service is definitely not vocabulary words used or understood by the staff. Once you sign a lease - you do become just a number. And they are constantly 'away from their desk' and not available to answer questions. They also don't seem to communicate with one another or document anything so you are constantly repeating conversations. They also can't seem to balance the needs of the residents with the needs of the shoppers. There is way too much noise and way too much disrespect for those living here and paying outrageous rents. Shoppers block the entrance to the residents parking constantly. The noise after hours is ludicrous and no one wants to take responsibility for addressing it; security doesn't nor does the leasing company (who actually own the buildings). People treat the place like a dump. They are too lazy to walk 5 steps into the recylcing room when they don't want their mail. The elevators stink and constantly have trash in them. The trash 'rooms' on each floor are filthy and gross. The tacks coming out of the carpet are dangerous. The handles coming off the doors and cabinets are outrageous. The sprinklers jutting out of the walls are just poor installation and still haven't been addressed. The 100 degree heat in the hallways is stifling and doesn't help with the smell of the trash. The airconditioning seems to have some overall challenges - it's stopped working on more than several occasions. It's really been an overall pathetic experience. I would absolutely not recommend this to anyone. I wish I had done better due dilligence. I hope you truly reconsider living here if you are contemplating it. (I do want to include a positive. I loved my kitchen! And being able to walk to some great restaurants on this property.)
Awful Customer Service at the Domain Residences.
I had the worst customer service today at the Domain Residences. I stopped by to get information and a tour. The lady I talked to (I believe her name was Kristin) was very condescending, annoyed by my very simple and "normal" questions. She apologized when I was about to get up and leave without even looking at the apartments.
I am shocked and speechless! Needless to say I will never consider that place to call my home.
Exotic Luxury-Morrocan Bath. I recently had the Morrocan Bath at Spa Reveil. I had no idea what to expect. I wasn't sure if this is the kind of thing you do in a swim suit or in the buff. Well, answer is...in the buff. However, every step a long the way are done to make sure no one ever really sees you completely in the buff, including your therapist. Susan Deebert, LMT, performed my service and she was so warm and welcoming, I never felt embarrassed or weird about getting this luxurious treatment. The room is specially designed just for this service which includes full-body exfoliation with a coffee scrub followed a cleansing vichy rinse. The service is finished off with a warm body cream and a scalp massage. You'll want to clear your calendar cause you'll need a nap after this one. You'll be sooooo relaxed!
