Tausha is amazing. I had never sold a home before, and she made what can be an overwhelming process seem almost effortless! My home sold even before it officially went on the market - and for above list! She is dedicated, professional, and extremely knowledgeable, and a genuinely nice person. She is simply the best.

BEST REALTOR EVER

I don't normally write reviews, but Tausha's commitment to excellence warrants this one. Tausha did an outstanding job of working with us throughout the process. She is extremely friendly and knowledgeable and was committed to making our purchase a happy one. I never had any problems getting in touch with her despite the fact we bought during the holidays and her office staff are just as helpful as she was. The best part about working with Tausha was that the great customer service continues after the purchase. She has been a wealth of knowledge for dealing with homestead exemptions and disputing property taxes and I know I can still call her with any questions I have. Tausha is an outstanding realtor and I highly recommend her for all your real estate needs. THANK YOU TAUSHA!!!!

Excellent Service, thoroughly knowledgeable

Tausha is at the top of her class. She knows exactly what to ask to both help clients make the right decision and to ensure the client will be happy with their purchase. Tausha's team is very diligent and she did a wonderful job of connecting me to the resources I needed to make my home purchase as stress-free as possible.

Great Communication

I had a good experience with Tausha and was happy to have her help as I quickly learned a new city on three weekend trips from out of town. She spent a few long days of house hunting with me and was really patient but also educational about the pros/cons of different neighborhoods.

I completely switched my criteria midway through our search and she showed her flexibility by listening to what qualities I wanted and finding a great fit.

Tausha does an incredible job of communicating with and educating her clients. Buying or selling a home can be a confusing and scary task. You must choose an agent that not only understands the market, but that knows how to explain the whole process. Tausha is that agent. She and the staff at Marathon really go the extra mile to keep you informed of every last detail. You have thousands or tens of thousands of dollars at stake when you buy or sell a home, you owe it to yourself to work with Tausha.
