She is extremely friendly and knowledgeable and was committed to making our purchase a happy one. I never had any problems getting in touch with her despite the fact we bought during the holidays and her office staff are just as helpful as she was. The best part about working with Tausha was that the great customer service continues after the purchase. She has been a wealth of knowledge for dealing with homestead exemptions and disputing property taxes and I know I can still call her with any questions I have.
