Tausha and her team at Marathon are wonderful. With two small kids and a full time job, I wasn't interested in investing a lot of time into the home-buying process. Luckily, I didnt have to. Tausha et al were there to answer all my questions, and help me navigate the sometimes crazy process. And our home-buying process was especially crazy, as the sellers filed bankruptcy before the closing date. It was pretty annoying but would have been a lot worse if I didn't have an experienced team ready to help. I also learned (watching how the seller's agency handled things) that you don't want to be doing business with a real estate company that is not invested in you beyond the immediate transaction. Tausha is in it for the long-haul, and doesn't treat you like a single transaction/commission waiting to happen. Tausha/Marathon is a great agent/agency that really cares about its clients.

I highly recommend Marathon Real Estate. Tausha and her staff are great and they are always had my best interest in mind. When I had questions, they always had the answers. Thanks to Tausha and Lisa, there was minimal stress.

Tausha and her team are relentless...in the perfect way a realtor must be for successful representation of your home investments whether buying or selling. I have purchased and sold with Tausha's guidance. She thinks of the details you do not and is quite intuitive when it comes to dealing with a list of property priorities. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend! We bought our first home with Tausha's help. She is friendly, knowledgeable and low pressure. She gave a ton of information about Austin, the suburbs, the school districts, property taxes, etc (I really didn't read all of it, lol).She did all the research when we liked a house and provided us with ammo for negotiation. She helped us during negotiations too. She followed up with the seller's agent about fixing the issues from the inspection. Shout out to Lisa who took care of all our paperwork and made life easy. The title company she chose were great and our closing took less than an hour.

We took a home-buying seminar from here a few months before we really started looking. I would highly recommend that. She packages all her recommendations for handy-men, lenders, etc in a neat booklet and that has been invaluable post-closing.

Tausha was great to work with for my first home buying experience. She has a laid back, low pressure sales approach, and is only concerned with finding a place that fits your needs. I would recommend her to friends or family looking to buy in the Austin area.

The Most Personalable, Reliable, and Resourceful Realtor in Austin. The ONLY Realtor to use in Austin, buying or selling!! Tausha both sold our old townhouse (in 7 days, in February!) and facilitated the buying of our DREAM HOME for exactly what we wanted.

From start to finish, she was reliable, professional, and always a step ahead of us in every aspect of the process. We had a buyer right off the bat for our townhouse, yet he couldn't find a lender to approve his 100% financing needs. No worries - Tausha to the rescue! Because of her incredible connections, SHE immediately found the buyer the lender HE needed and basically saved the whole transaction, as well as the money it would have cost us to keep the house on the market while we moved forward with our house buying.

Then, on the other end of the scope, she artfully managed the buying of our new home using ninja negotiating skills to get us into an amazing home for well under the market value. And she still managed to get more money taken off at closing - incredible! Let's just say, our neighbor listed their house this week for $100k more than what we paid for ours. And our house is bigger. Yea.

You would be a fool not to at least speak with her when interviewing Realtors. She keeps her cool even when things get scary, giving incredible peace of mind to her clients. We had a crazy snafu AFTER we signed the closing docs (lender issues, not hers) and she already had another lender lined up waiting in the wings, just in case. Love her!!

Marathon Real Estate not only goes the distance, they're also there with cold water and ice for your knees afterwards ;)

Working with Tausha was our pleasure.. Working with Tausha was our pleasure. We selected her to help us buy our current house and sell our old one. She was always professional and she felt there was a sense of urgency as we were trying to sell our home. She held our hand during the buying and selling process and made it easier than we thought it was going to be. We felt like she always had our best interest in mind and advocated on our behalf for the best terms possible. We would highly recommend her. In fact, we recommended her to both of my sisters, who used her successfully to purchase their new homes and were equally as happy.
