You Can Trust Ar-Mar Jewelry with your GEMS!. I find this jeweler to be pretty trustworthy after had been taken by The Jewelry Factory @ 500 W. WILLIAM CANNON(CROOKS). The service was swift and the staff were very patient and professional and knowledgeable about my jewelry. Their price were also very reasonable compare others in Austin. So if you want honest people working with your valuable gems check them out!

Awesome Jewelry & Awesome People. I love this place and the great customer service they give! I have been going here for years and can't imagine going anywhere else. I usually go to get my jewelry cleaned and batteries changed but with the awesome jewelry selection they have I can't help but put something on layaway. They have everything from engagement rings, pearls, watches, beautiful gemstone jewelry, and special jewelry for baptisms, sweet 15, and more. They are fast and super nice! What I really love is how great their prices are and the great discounts they have. The fact that they have two locations, one in south austin and one downtown, makes it even easier no matter where in austin I am. I highly recommend to give Ar-Mar Jewelry a try. I rarely take the time to write reviews but I have never had one bad experience here and know they deserve it. Oh, and if you have any scrap gold take it to them. They do the best custom jewelry and with such high quality.

BEST PRICES IN AUSTIN!.
Just left there. Got 5 watch batteries replaced, links removed on 4 watches, and 2 watches repaired plus cleaned my sterling silver watch for free. Total was $30.00!!! Watch battery for 1 watch at mall quoted $16.50.
I was in and out in less than an hour with all work completed.
Everyone there is VERY nice. Family business and they make you feel like family. Great hours, open until 6:30--- EVEN SATURDAYS.
They will also custom create for you as I talked with them about a setting for a diamond I want to reset. These people know what old fashioned customer service really is.
As far as I'm concerned, no other jeweler in Austin exists.
