It was a mistake going to this place. I am in more pain than when I first visited the center. They rush you though at such a rate,that you feel like cattle. Forget about the Doctor talking to you! If you need help with pain afterwards,you can kiss that thought away. Called twice for assistance and I still waiting for the return call. All they are interested in is getting your money and show the way out.

Dr. Mahendru. I have been to PRSC twice in the last month. The first time Dr. Mahendru was not there. The staff was efficient, kind, and quickly answered all questions. The Dr. was ready and patient to answer all my questions about the procedure that had me confused. I did not know it was "surgery" to get an injection.

The visit today was much different. Dr. Mahendru was rude, short, and didn't seem to have any time for me or the staff. The first question I asked got a curt answer as he talked to two other people at the same time he was asking me questions. I felt like cattle instead of a human in pain.

He didn't tell me what he was doing before he began. Something was sprayed on my neck then pain. He actually decided that I needed both occipital nerves blocked when my neurologist ordered only the right one blocked. I still don't understand, even after asking the nurse who's reply was,"he is very efficient."

There has to be some where to report the uncaring, lack of information, and attention.

Very Disappointed. I was very disappointed by the center. I will not visit this center again nor recommend them.

Excellent experience!. I was a little apprehensive about my procedure, a steroid lumbar injection. From the moment I entered the comfortable waiting room where I was welcomed by the receptionist, I was put at ease. I had an early morning appointment, and the wait was very short. The front and back office staff were all wonderful! The nurses and technicians were friendly and efficient, and even though the time I spent talking with Dr. Mahendru was brief, he was very thorough and I knew I was in competent hands. The procedure itself didn't take long at all, with the doctor constantly asking me how I was doing. The best part was having a warm, reassuring hand to hold on to during the uncomfortable moments.

I highly recommend the Pain Relief Surgicenter -- everyone there made me feel very special!

Very Helpful & Courteous. Dr. Mahendru and the Pain Relief SurgiCenter staff are wonderfully kind, responsive, and patient. 5 stars all around!

Great Facility. Great facility with a helpful staff that wants to help you. Really take the time to get to know the patient and work to heal the mind, body, and spirit and help clients cope with pain in many ways other than just meds. They have proven time and again what a great place they are.

Excellent!. The facility is modern and up to date. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the wait time was brief. Very professionaly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a pain relief doctor in Austin.

Excellent. I love the staff at the Pain Relief SurgiCenter especially Scott who always delivers the sweets. I would definitely return and/or recommend the Pain Relief Surgicenter to others looking for pain relief and/or management in Austin.
