Interior Mexican restaurant downtown in the former Castle Hill spot.. In Short
The elegant interior has been updated with tasteful Mexican touches since its days as Castle Hill, although the owners and some familiar staffers have carried over from the old restaurant. The menu features a few standbys from the old Castle Hill menu (like the originaltortilla soup), but the focus of the Corazon kitchen is on flavorful interior Mexican dishes. Start with a fresh-made guacamole served with grilled Serrano peppers, or sample hearty salads like the grilled salmon with smoked tomato aioli. There's also a range of entrees like the al pastor taco plate, enchiladas, grilled fish of the day with guajillo chile cream, and beef tenderloin with green chili potato gratin.
