Melissa Giles is the rudest person I have ever met. Chad on the other hand is nice and very hard working. If you ever visit this office or speak with anyone over the phone stay clear of Melissa Giles. She is the complete opposite of what customer service should be. Despite the fact that purchasing a home can be quite an intimate experience Melissa was quite the cold heart .... Either she was having a bad day or she just lets her position get to her head and forgets that part of her pay comes from the clients she deals with. I would never work with this company again or refer them to anyone because of her inability to be professional and lack of customer service. Sorry Chad my tip for you would be to cut loose the loose end. I doubt I am the first to have had this experience with her. Mikala was GREAT!

I had the fortune and pleasure to be introduced to Chad Bowman and his team as I was considering a Reverse Mortgage. Not only did they spend countless hours putting the deal together, but they were always there when I had questions, concerns, or simple stresses. They made me feel valued and important and were very compassionate and knowledgeable about the process. They kept me acquainted with each step in the process and advised me when I was unsure of my options. Both Melissa and Chad answered my calls immediately and for that I am grateful. This is a top-notch firm who really does care about making things work for their customers. I sincerely appreciate all they have done to help me out and it is an honor to recommend them.

Chad's team assisted me with purchasing my first home. I initially tried to use another lender that was offering to waive some of the associated VA loan fees but the other lender took extremely long to respond to my questions during the initial application phase. Seeing at how difficult communications were already present with this first lender I sought a new one. Based on the many positive reviews I decided to try contacting Chad's team even though at the time they weren't waiving the same fees as the first lender. A smooth stress-free loan transaction without any problems was more important to me than a few fees being waived. I put in a loan application with Chad using his website and the very next morning I received a response and approval. Throughout the whole loan process this extremely quick response to my inquiries was continued by Chad and his staff. During my house hunt I learned it would make more sense for my situation and future plans to go with a conventional home loan combined with the Texas Veterans Housing Assistance Program (VHAP) benefit for a low interest rate instead of a traditional VA loan combined with one of the Texas veteran benefits. Chad's team handled this change in my financing plans without a hitch or any extra time needed. They were always available to answer any questions I had.

Chad's team has the entire loan process broken into simple to understand steps which they explain to you before you even sign anything with them. Through the loan process they kept me informed as to what exactly was going on with my loan and at what step I was at. They will email you at every step of the way to let you know the current status of your loan. They will communicate with you in whatever medium works best for you whether it be just email, telephone or a combination of the two. Chad will also be there at your closing to answer any questions you may have while you are signing the mountains of paperwork.

After talking with others my loan process went flawlessly. I would not hesitate to use Chad again for another home loan and I will be recommending his team to anyone else looking for a home lender.

Chad helped me purchase a home last January and the experience and service was outstanding. He and his staff are very knowledgeable of VA financing and were able to answer any question I had. Melissa kept me updated of the progress of the progress of the purchase in a very timely manner, which I appreciated. I was so pleased with the service I received in January, I went back to Chad in November to refinance my other home. I received the same professional service as I did the first time and the loan was completed in about a month. I would highly recommend Chad Bowman and his staff for any financing need you may have.

I can only speak for my experience as a veteran, but if you are in the market for assistance with a VA loan, Chad Bowman and his team are a top resource. He is extremely knowledgeable and knows how to cut to the chase. His staff is also very friendly and do a great job of keeping you informed of the progress of your home purchase. I highly recommend.

I came to Chad Bowman for my VA loan after a terrible time with another well known lender. I had 1 month to go and he assured me we could close on time. Chad worked with me personally from the very first day and closed on time as promised. The next most important thing for me was that he responded to all my questions thoroughly and almost immediately even on weekends. Chad's availability and responsiveness during such a stressful time really made it easier. A great organization.

I started working with Chad back in 2010 and closed on my house last week, September 13, 2012. Now that is dedication folks. Chad and his team worked with me as I first desired to buy a home single, then decided to wait until after I married my new husband. In between it all I lost my Mother and so much was going on in the past two years. Even with all the back and forth, Chad and his team never hesitated to provide anything that we needed. As first time home buyers, my husband and I could not of had a better experience. We were truly blessed by Chad Boman at United Lending. Thank you and see you next time ;)
