Professional, friendly, prompt and extremely knowledgeable.

We ran into an appraisor NIGHTMARE, and Chad, Melissa, and team fought for us. We never could have made it through that without them on our side!

The VA Team

This was our first time buying a house and had no clue what was to be expected during the process. We were feeling very overwhelmed at the thought of the process we were about to embark on. Chad Bowman and the VA Team put all our worries to rest! It could not have been any easier with him. Not one time during the process did we ever have to ask a question, as Chad was one step ahead every time. He and the team were very thoughtful and cared about what we needed, plus provided us with the best professional advice when confronted with choices we didn't have the experience to make a decision on. We could have closed on our house one week sooner, but decided to wait until Chad got back from his vacation because he so desperately wanted to be there to help us! Thank you Chad, Bridgette and the rest of the team for all the hard work you put into making this a great experience!

Many requirements and loops to go through these days to obtain a loan to purchase a home, but with the help of Chad and his assistant Melissa the process was painless -- from contract submittal on November 14, 2011 to closing on December 28, 2011. Every question my wife or I had was promptly answered by them. They also went beyond just the loan process to help us with other matters such as home insurance. In summary, it was a pleasure working with Chad and Melissa and we would highly recommend them to anyone pursuing a home loan. Thank you and happy new year Chad and Melissa!!!

Best of the Best

It was great to work with Chad Bowman. We started out with the loan process on 11-18-2011 and closed on 12-21-2011. I don't know if that's a record, but it seemed fast. Everthing went smoothly. Chad and Melissa (staff) were very helpful, answering every question my wife and I had. I highly recommend United Lending to everyone, especially military Veterans. It's time to enjoy our new home, thanks to Chad and United Lending.
