Chad is the way to go if you qualify for a VA loan. Using Chad Bowman is extremely beneficial to buyers utilizing the VA home loan program. Chad is professional and dedicated and gave us a positive experience from start to finish for our VA loan. We will definitely recommend him to buyers considering VA to purchase a home.

Grateful for Chad. Incredibly professional company and painless process. Chad Bowman worked incredibly hard to make sure everything was taken care of for us with minimal requirements from us. Did not let one thing slip through - THANK YOU CHAD. Everything was handled with professionalism and thoroughness. Chad helped me negotiate the VA loan process in an exemplary manner. I never had to worry

about him dropping the ball. At one point, he caught an omission in the seller’s documents that potentially saved me over a thousand dollars. When I buy my next property, I plan on utilizing Chad again.

Exceeded My Expectations. Exceedingly impressed. Chad stayed the course during the entire endeavor from the day we walked into his office until the time of closing. He was doing everything in his power to make sure we were well informed and he worked very hard to help us meet our financial goals in the purchase of our first home. Chad called us as soon as he obtained any information that we might have felt necessary to know. I felt that during the process I was in good competent hands and that we were being provided the best possible service available. Chad did not ever sound irritated or tired of the hundreds of questions my wife and I threw at him. We never felt alienated or talked down to. Chad was extremely friendly and very outgoing, my wife and I felt that we could trust Chad and that is something that is EXTREMELY hard to gain when it comes to our finances. Chad earned our trust many times over!

grateful to have found chad. From the minute I decided to buy a house, I was faced with all kinds of choices. Looking back, the best choice I made was picking Chad Bowman as my mortgage guy. I was a total newcomer to this house buying business and I did not have a real estate agent. There were builder delays and uncertainties, but Chad stayed with me every step of the way, right up to the final signing. Chad was my anchor and champion during the whole process.

Outstanding. Our experience with Bowman Finance was excellent!! Chad was very pleasant to work with and he is very knowledge able of what he does. We put our trust in him and followed all his advise and here we are in our new home!!! Chad helped us not only by providing us with valuable information but also showing us how to use that information to get to where we needed to be in order to be approved for our VA loan. Chad we really appreciated the guidance you provided to us we could not have gotten into our home without you!

Upfront and honest!. Our overall experience with Chad was fantastic! He has a naturally comforting manner. You know right away you can trust him; NO MATTER THE NEWS, GOOD OR BAD, HE'LL BE UPFRONT AND HONEST ABOUT IT. Although I knew he was busy, he treated us with care, taking whatever time we required to listen and explain, whether in-person, via emails, or phone calls. He was always there for us with a bright smile and a

welcomed quick wit. The one thing, there were many, that Chad did that made our experience a positive one is that he was honest with us. We chose to put our trust in him and his business and he delivered. If business still happened with a handshake, you could trust the hand you're clasping.

True Dedication, Professionalism and Integrity. Chad was very professional. He even went above and beyond by assisting me with a termite inspection that he took care of without my knowledge in order to make the closing date. Chad answered my calls and questions no matter how simple they were since I was a first time buyer. Chad takes pride in the fact he was a Marine and was very successful in my eye in ensuring this Army Veteran was taken care of. Chad Bowman is dedicated to obtaining VA benefits for his veteran clients!

First time home buying, made easy. I'm glad I chose Chad!! Chad constantly kept me informed as to what was going on. Especially helpful were the checklists and email updates to me and the seller to keep everyone in the loop. It was my first time buying a house and Chad made it as painless as possible. Great Job!. I had a very nice and pleasant experience working with Chad. He worked around my schedule since I was driving from a different state throughout my transition to Killeen, Texas. Chad took the time to go over all the paperwork with me and to answer any questions I had. He even helped me to find a good realtor to meet my needs. Great job Chad!
